Alluring Water Front, 2 Story Pool Home located on private street on cul-de-sac in the center of Palm Coast. Absolutely stunning newly renovated Pool home Water Front vacation in PARADISE! Bring your Boat, Jetski and Fishing gear! This unique and one of a kind modern home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths enough to entertain the entire family just with the water views alone. Home attributes a formal living room and dining room with scenic views to the dock and waterway. Kitchen entails custom cabinets, Quartz counter tops, modern stainless-steel appliances, built in breakfast nook and a spacious butler’s pantry with ambient sky lights and modern lighting. Spacious family room has casual sectional seating with a beautiful wood burning fireplace to set the mood. Located on the first floor, a convenient electric and energy efficient washer and dryer in house. Also located on the first floor is the spacious master bedroom with a king size bed and custom California closet. Master bathroom with separate walk in shower, garden tub, and separate double sink vanity. Tile flooring in all common areas, and laminate on second level. Upstairs features 2 Guest Rooms, a Jack & Jill loft, play area, and laundry chute. 4 TV's located in Great Room and 3 Bedrooms. Outside features a large sized, screen in patio for room to entertain and dine watching the sunrise or sunset. Fenced in- pool overlook scenic water and boat house, boat dock is operational. Minutes from the beach, and close to Daytona and St. Augustine. Close to new shopping center, restaurants, houses of worship, and hospitals. Pets welcome - Maximum of 2 dogs (50 lbs or less), NO CATS (Owner allergic) $300 1st pet fee and $250 for each additional pet.
If a pet fee is not included at the time of your booking, a flat dog fee of $550 will be added upon your arrival.
BOAT HOUSE/DOCK DISCLAIMER:
Boats are welcome. The boat lift is not available for use. Boats can be tied off to the side of the dock. Trailers cannot be stored on driveway/grass. Garage is NOT available for storage.

The home was spacious and accommodated my family of 9! For those with any mobility issues, the home is great! the master is downstairs and with walk in shower that does have a small lip to step over. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Being on the canal was great for boating and kayaking! Fenced in area for the dogs was really nice as well! The pool/hot tub was awesome and the kids had a blast! It is a bit of a drive to beaches and other attractions, but not too bad. The area in general was super nice! Princess Preserve is beautiful! The owners were amazing and very responsive to any of our needs! Highly recommend this place for families! My only critique is if you have toddlers there are stairs,

Nice place

This house fit our needs as far as the size, perfect for a large group. The lower level is beautifully decorated. The upper bath is quite dated, and right before we arrived, we were told the upper shower was leaking & were asked to avoid using it for the month we were there. Not ideal.The pool & hot tub were tricky to get to a preferred temperature, it took some time for the hot tub to warm up. There are some things in the house that need fixing, mostly minor, but they didn’t prevent us from enjoying our stay & if you’re looking for a place in Palm Coast, this house is a good one. The neighborhood is quiet. We saw dolphins several times sitting in the patio. The outdoor space is nice, with a very spacious patio. We enjoyed having a screen porch.

Comfort on the Canal

Our recent stay at the canal-side home was simply wonderful. The house itself exceeded our expectations; it's incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, with every amenity imaginable. We felt completely at home, surrounded by comfort and luxury. The décor was tasteful and created such a relaxing atmosphere. We particularly appreciated the outdoor living space. Amazing!!! This is a must!

This property was everything we imagined and more. There was tons of room inside and out. The kitchen was very well stocked — we cooked our Thanksgiving meal and had everything we needed. Kayaking in the canals was so fun and all shops and restaurants were within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend and would stay again. .

House had it all!

We loved our family vacation here! The house had everything that we needed (stocked kitchen, linens, towels, pool toys, etc). We loved the backyard views and amenities. The house was clean and had enough space for multiple families to enjoy time together but have personal space. The beach was a quick 10-12 minute drive away. We are already talking about rebooking next year.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

This property was a dream come true for our family! It had everything we could ask for in a vacation home. The spacious, clean, and well-equipped layout was perfect for both gathering together and finding a quiet retreat. The pool, breathtaking view, and outdoor living areas were simply incredible. We loved fishing off the dock and kayaking, too! We can't wait to return next year.

Great!

The house was easy to find, so clean, and bigger than the pictures made it seem! It was 15 min from the closest Walmart which was super convenient. There was a pack n play and stroller for the babies as well. Overall great experience!

Great family getaway

Property was well equipped with more than everything you could ever need! Owner was great to communicate with, home was large and clean. Everything was labeled and instructions were spot on for everything from the light switches to pool controls. Large TVs, abundance of linens too. You can see the owners really thought of everything!

Canal Beauty

We (4 Adults) loved our stay at Palm Villa. The location on the canal was awesome and the pool was great as we used it every day! Location to St Augustine and nearby beaches were short drives, depending where you want to visit was 20 minutes to an hour. The gas grill came in handy for dinner a couple nights during our stay. We ate dinner out at Vilano and Flagler beach areas. I will say the shared bathroom upstairs was very small and difficult to get in and out of the shower and took a day or two to get used to that space, but the shower had great water pressure! The two king beds were very comfortable, however the two queen beds might need new mattresses? ( however bed comfort is personal preference) There are a few things that could use some attention, but nothing that impacted our stay negatively. Furniture was comfortable, the kitchen area was amazing and we really liked the decor. Highly recommend this vacation rental!

Wonderful place!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay here with our 5 kids. The house was even more spacious and beautiful than we expected. For the first two days I literally walked around randomly exclaiming, “This place is fantastic!” The pool and hot tub were perfect, too. Highly recommend!

Perfect for the Family

Celebrated Christmas with family while staying here. Plenty of space and the house has all the amenities you could need. Beds were comfortable, plenty of space to relax inside or outside. Being that it is end of December, the pool was chilly, but that didn’t stop the kids. The house is tucked back in a neighborhood on a quiet street. 5 minute drive to both grocery and liquor store, very convenient. We will definitely be staying again if we are back in the area.

More than enough space

This place was perfect for our family. It had more than enough space and I said a few times that "it's a good thing our own home isn't this big because I would lose my things all the time". But we wanted a place that our family could spread out and this place provided that. Our kids loved being able to jump into the pool. That was the biggest hit of the trip. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. I wish I would have known the correct cost of the toll to go to the beach since the drive around the toll booth was a little inconvenient. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay

This home worked great for our annual Florida vacation!! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. The kids loved the canal and the pool. We spent one whole day just at the house swimming and relaxing. It's about a 40 minute drive to go St Augustine and Daytona.

Great family stay

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home! We had 10, which included 2 babies. Were happy to have use of pack n play and high chair. Lots of room to stretch out and enjoyed the pool and dock for fishing. A 15 minute drive to the beach at Marineland. Beds were super comfy. Overall great experience.

Family Getaway

We had the most lovely stay at Palm Villa with our adult children and 2 yr old grandtwins. The home was absolutely beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our week’s stay. Somedays we just stayed at home and enjoyed the pool all day. My husband had a great time fishing off the back canal. The home is centrally located between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and we also enjoyed our excursions there as well. The beds were super comfortable and it was nice that every couple had their own bathroom. I would highly recommend Palm Villa for anyone staying in Palm Coast.
