Guests are solely responsible for the safety, supervision, and conduct of all members of their party, including children, non-swimmers, and pets, at all times while on the property.

The Owner and Property Manager assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries, drowning, or damages resulting from the use of the pool, canal, dock, seawall, waterfront, or any other water-related feature. Children and non-swimmers must be actively supervised at all times and should never be left unattended in or near the water.

Guests understand that Florida`s natural environment includes wildlife such as alligators, snakes, insects, and other native animals. Wildlife should never be approached, fed, disturbed, or handled. Guests should exercise caution, remain aware of their surroundings, and use the pool, dock, canal, and all outdoor areas at their own risk.

By occupying the property, guests acknowledge these inherent risks and agree to exercise appropriate care, caution, and supervision throughout their stay.
