Beautiful modern pool house close to Pine Lakes golf club, 15 minutes to Flagler beach and several parks for hiking, bike riding, kayaking and paddle boarding. European villiage 15 minutes away. House features the following; Pool, fire pit, BBQ, fooseball & air hockey tables, 4 bicycles available for you to explore the trails and surrounding areas.

Birthday Getaway

Ok the property was stunning!! Check in was unbelievably easy! Every room was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possible need for cooking cocktails or cooking out. The pool was beautiful and clean. The water was deep which we loved. The neighborhood was quiet. We drove to Daytona beach which was about 35 minutes away but the community had every shop needed Walmart vape shop liquor store. This was the perfect home to getaway to and will be hard to top on my next vacay! Thanks for hosting us on my Birthday getaway

Awesome House!

This house has it all and the owners have thought of everything so you don't have to! Clean, uncluttered with a fantastic pool, foosball, air hockey tables, bikes for the fantastic local bike trails that are right around the corner and beach stuff too! This is a great spot!

Had a wonderful stay! Great host, checking in was a breeze and communication was excellent. The house has everything and it’s close to lots of great restaurants but still feels secluded. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family vacation home

The house had everything we could of hoped for. The pool was amazing, the games were great for our 2 teens. The fire pit was wonderful at night. And alot of stores were close by. Corne' was quick with responses and great to deal with. We will definitely rent here again.

A Wonderful Stay

Family Vacation

This was our first time with Vrbo and would do it again. Everything was so easy, especially booking and communication with the property manager. We were disappointed that the underwater pool lights didn't work and the PM didn't provide direction on how to turn the on. Also, there was a lack of attention to detail. Example; the appliances were very streaky, no tall garbage bags, no hand soap for the bathrooms or kitchen, the vacuum bag was full, the back yard had pool toys all over and broken. Perhaps a little nit-picky, but it's this type of attention to detail that guest notice. We did.

Amazing stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very spacious for our family and we enjoyed the backyard daily. It felt like home. We did have a minor hiccup with hurricane idaila making an appearance but felt very safe in the home. Corne made sure to check in on us after the storm and she communicated very quickly any time we had a question. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone and look forward to staying again in the future 😀

Attentive Host

The cleaning lady was new and missed leaving us a few things like trash bags and dishwasher soap. The host called me immediately and apologized and gave me access to supplies and told me to help myself with whatever we needed. Nice place for a family vacation. We enjoyed the amenities.

Surprise trip

The home was very clean and comfortable, also well maintained. We enjoyed the pool and evenings by the fire pit. Even with daily rain we had no complaints, the location was easy to get to the beach area or travel up to St Augustine. The pizza at Napoli was good, we ordered twice. Thanks 👍 for all the help.

Perfect spot in Palm Coast

This was our first time using VRBO and it was a wonderful experience. Our host was so nice, detailed, answered all of our questions and had fantastic communication. And the home was even more beautiful in person! From the awesome open floor plan to the gorgeous outdoor patio and pool - this was a perfect spot for our time spent with family in Palm Coast. Close to beaches - St Augustine or Daytona and lots of attractions and good restaurants. We are so happy we picked this home and thank you again to our fabulous host! Maggie & Steve from Illinois
