Bristol Lane welcomes one small dog under 50 pounds with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Please register your pet after booking.



30-NIGHT MINIMUM STAY

Sea Colony requires a minimum 30-night stay, making Bristol Lane especially well suited for snowbirds, seasonal visitors, extended vacations, relocations, and guests looking to experience Palm Coast at a more relaxed pace. Per HOA guidelines, guests must complete a short application as part of Sea Colony's approval process. DocuSign paperwork will be sent approximately 30–45 days prior to arrival.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.
