The canal view and lush coastal surroundings create a relaxing backdrop throughout your stay.



When you're ready for the beach, there's no need to pack up the car. The community clubhouse, pool, spa, and private beach access are just steps away. Sea Vista is also dog friendly, so your four-legged companion can enjoy your extended Palm Coast stay with you. One small dog under 50 lbs is welcome with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please register your pet after booking.



A minimum 30-night stay is required in accordance with HOA guidelines. Guests are required to complete a short HOA application with a $21 application fee.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (4).

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping.
