  • Una lussuosa casa di 3 suite con piscina privata riscaldata e spa su un mezzo acro espansiva con palme e vista sulle montagne. Cucina gourmet, ampia area soggiorno e suite confortevoli sono perfette per un massimo di 6 ospiti, anche per i vostri cuccioli! 5 minuti a piedi da El Paseo per ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti. Possiamo organizzare un autista se desideri visitare la zona.

    L'ingresso pieno di luce si affaccia su una bella fontana e sulla piscina scintillante e sul cortile. La grande sala in cui entri dispone di 2 divani in pelle rossa personalizzati con vista sulla piscina. La prossima è la sala da pranzo che può ospitare 6-8. La cucina gourmet ha un'enorme isola centrale con lavandino, ripiani in granito, tutti gli elettrodomestici e pentole. La seconda grande sala ha una grande sezione in pelle e più posti a sedere, grande TV con cavo e Apple TV e un camino a gas.

    Il cortile di mezzo acro dispone di paesaggio maturo, soggiorno / patio all'aperto con ventilatore a soffitto e posti a sedere, built-in barbecue isola, tavolo da pranzo all'aperto con 6 posti a sedere. Piscina privata e centro benessere

    La master suite dispone di un letto king size, camino a gas, una biblioteca di libri e una porta separata per la piscina e il centro benessere. Suite 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, TV, scrivania e bagno privato con vasca da bagno e doccia molto profonda. Suite 3 ha un letto matrimoniale, TV, scrivania e un bagno privato con doccia.

    Internet senza fili. Lenzuola, asciugamani da bagno e piscina sono forniti. Lavanderia con lavatrice, asciugatrice, ferro da stiro e asse da stiro. Il garage è chiuso e riservato per il proprietario. Un ampio parcheggio per 3 auto nel vialetto circolare e nessun parcheggio in strada è permesso. Il proprietario si riserva un posto sul lato destro del vialetto.

    Posizione incredibilmente centrale adiacente al famoso quartiere dello shopping El Paseo. 20 minuti da Palm Springs. A 15 minuti dal La Quinta Resort, dagli Indian Wells Tennis Gardens e dal Polo Grounds, sede dei festival Coachella e Stagecoach.

    Le ordinanze locali sulla rumorosità della valle sono in vigore dalle 22:00 alle 08:00 e non è consentita la musica esterna oltre i 60 decibel.

Great House and Location

We wanted to stay at a nice house within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. The Pinyon House met our requirements, exactly.

Perfect Choice

We had a great 2 week stay, the house has great spaces and has everything you need to make it your home. Marta was fantastic to work with. The location is perfect for walking to Dinner, the Shops and Galleries. We hope to book it again next year.

Pinyon House

We enjoyed our trip very much. Wished there was a pantry. The kitchen was huge, yet no place to put our stuff, except for the laundry room, which was full.

Best rental

This is a beautiful home …. Not your typical rental, this is an extremely comfortable and luxurious home. Everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. One of the best equipped homes we have ever stayed in… appliances pots, pans, cutlery… you name it. Can’t have a better location in the area than El Paseo. We will be back.

Spectacular home and property. Walking distance to El Paseo and to everything you could possibly want. Marta and Frank were the best host that we’ve ever had. Highly recommended by Judi and myself. You won’t be disappointed.

Outstanding hosts/Great House

Marta is a fabulous host--very responsive. House is quite large, great for our family. Excellent location. Our only issue was heating the pool---could not get it warm enough for us to swim. It is winter after all!

Palm Desert

The home is better than the photos. The check in and keys were easy to navigate. The location is near to shops and cafes. The tennis is 12 minute drive. The pool. And outdoor space is lovely. The rooms were well lit and the beds weee comfy. The pitched. And the outdoor grill made our family meals easy to prepare We would stay here again for sure!!!

Holidays at the Pinyon House

We greatly enjoyed our 40-plus day stay at the Pinyon house. The location is optimal with dining and shopping venues on El Paseo just four blocks away. The house itself is quite impressive, especially the enclosed back yard with its lovely spa and swimming pool. It is spaciously designed for entertaining, easily accommodating 14 party guests one evening. Despite its large footprint, the house only has three bedrooms, which in our case necessitated overflow bedding into one of the several lounge areas on several nights. There is a fourth bedroom in a separate casita, but the owners use that as their private office. Marta and her husband were gracious hosts and did everything in their power to make our stay enjoyable. We had a few mechanical problems during the first two weeks which were resolved as fast as they could be, considering we were there over the year-end holidays. It took us a couple of weeks before we mastered the spa control system the owners had recently installed, but after some reprogramming by the pool guy we figured it out. However, the heater needed four hours to heat up the spa and we never were able to heat the pool to a usable temperature. But of course we were there in January. If we could change one thing about the house we would request new beds, especially upgrading the guest rooms from queens to kings.

Marta was a great host !

Thank you , house was very clean , had new towels , and comfortable beds &furnishings. I was late and Marta was very welcoming with wine ,cheese and snacks. The pool was not working but she had someone on it immediately and was heated and ready ..she had everything you needed and in this crazy time it was not stressful!!! Thank you!

Thanksgiving Retreat

More than beautiful. I loved all the art installations. One thing that stood out for the decorator in me, is the fact that all the walls were not white, but softly different colors. I believe when people have really good art, it can stand out without the background being starkly whitel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. It was spacious, quiet, comfortable and convenient. Marta was as responsive as anyone could possibly be. We would definitely pick this place if we are ever fortunate enough to return to this area.

Impeccable home with all of the amenities!

My party and I had an absolute incredible time renting out this property for the weekend. Marta was absolutely amazing to work with. The entire property from indoors to almost an acre of backyard was pristine and perfect. The pool and spa were a great touch. Everything was top notch and working with Marta was seamless and easy from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again.
