Stylishly furnished 3 bedroom condo villa, 2.5 bathroom condo on the golf course at Desert Falls, at the prestigious gated desert community. Relax by the pool or back patio facing golf course of this gorgeous and tranquil retreat. This is an upstairs/corner unit, single-level, with 2 car garage below.
The furniture, beds, matrasses, appliances, fixtures, bedding and supplies are all in great- new condition. Enjoy wireless internet, Two high Definition TV's with dozens of extra channels and digital music, and in-suite laundry. Close to El Paseo, the best of Palm Desert shopping and dining, as well as The Living Desert and other local attractions.
Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, and high quality linens, towels and bedding. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses and anything you might need to cook a lovely dinner to enjoy on the patio or at the dining room table. This condo is well-maintained and very clean.
Enjoy the tremendous mountain views from the front or back patio, which is right on the golf course. Plenty of recreation nearby, including dozens of golf courses, tennis, pickle ball and shopping. If you want to stay closer to home, spend the day at the pool and hot tub, which are just steps away, downstairs.

Wonderful stay at Desert Falls!

We had a great time in this unit at Desert Falls. It was very clean and the hostess was very responsive to any questions we had. It’s right next to the pool. And the kitchen was very well stocked. I hope it’s available next time we’re out in that area.

Fun in the sun

Nice and roomy three bedroom, 2 1/2 baths in a nice location. Our family, especially the grandkids, enjoyed the close-by swimming pool and hot tub. Floaties for the pool included. Well stocked condo. We would stay here again. Very nice owner!

Excellent Get Away

Rose was an exceptional host. From booking the property throughout the stay, Rose was very accessible and accommodating. We had no issues at all during our stay. The VRBO pictures accurately portray the property. The condo was very clean. It appeared as if the carpets had just been washed prior to our arrival and the mattresses seemed new. The towels and sheets were so soft. There are three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a California king bed, a full crib and I noticed a cot mattress in the walk-in closet. There is no shortage of sleeping space. The kitchen was well stocked. The chairs from outside were stored in the condo when we arrived, so we didn’t need to clean anything off prior to enjoying the South facing patio. I was able to relax on the lounger and we dined outside taking advantage of the sun/heat. The patio viewed the hot tub and pool area, which were only steps away. The location was great. There were plenty of amenities and restaurants close by. My hubby had no issue getting a tee-time. I was able to walk (about 20 min) to Ralphs grocery store and ventured over to the JW Marriott Desert Springs Resort to have lunch and do a bit of gift shopping. The Desert Falls golf course had a nice Thanksgiving turkey dinner we had previously signed up for. As it was the US Thanksgiving, there was also a fun decorated golf cart parade in the condo community. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely try to book this property again!

Really great experience - great home stay!

We really felt that this was one of the best equipped houses that we have ever stayed at with VRBO. Very comfortable, lots of room and very clean. The decor is a little stuck in the 90’s but everything is there. Could be improved with only two things; the addition of an ironing board and a coffee bean grinder. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Perfect, homey desert condo

My small group of couples/friends stayed here for a full week and had a lovely time! First of all, communication with Rose was such a breeze. She was easy to reach and provided all necessary check in arrangements and details, we had no trouble getting in. The condo itself feels much more spacious than the photos, and was great to have 3 large rooms and 2.5 baths, which was perfect for the 6 of us. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cookware, cutlery, and table settings. There's a large fridge/freezer and a grocery store within a 3 min drive and nice to cook nearly all of our meals during the stay. One of the community's pools is a few steps away & we were also able to take advantage of the community's gym and tennis courts. Overall, would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here!

Very nice well equipped rental

Very nice. Best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Upstairs is nice as view is better. Garage can handle two cars. Master is very nice but bed is a little softer than we were used to. 2nd bedroom has 2nd bath off of the room rather than off of the hall. Half bath if fine. 3rd bedroom basically enters from double doors off of the entry but works fine. We would rent it again.

Perfect golf course condo on Desert Falls course

This property was fantastic!! From the balcony you could look out on the golf course which was gorgeous and so nice to play. So convenient to stores and restaurants. Will make this our annual Palm Springs home even if it's just for 2 weeks. Rose was the perfect host!

Great start in Palm Desert

This is a beautiful condo in sunny Palm Desert. There is plenty of room for a large group, the pool and hot tub are steps away, and the golf course is very scenic. Everything was clean and very well appointed. Rose was a great host who was an excellent communicator. Highly recommended!

Comfortable home

The home is in a really nice area that includes a golf course. Although we didn’t golf while we were there, we did enjoy playing open pickle ball most mornings we were there. My wife doesn’t play so it was nice that I could drop in and play with some regulars and others that were visiting like me. There was a little trouble with the closest pool when we arrived but they ended up changing the heater for the pool and it was back open 2 days after we arrived. Weather was a little cool so we enjoyed the hot tube more than the pool. The unit is a second storey unit so be prepared to walk up and down the stairs a lot. Wasn’t a problem for us and our family but it could be if you have mobility problems. Our 20 month old grand daughter was with us and the owner of the house got a crib and put it in the house so our grand daughter had somewhere to sleep. We really appreciated that. The location is easily accessible to the whole area, airport 20 min away. Really enjoyed our time there.

Desert Paradise

It was exactly as the photos and exactly what we were looking for. Speaking with the owner was easy and quick. Spacious, well laid out, all ammenities, nice pool although very cold, must have just beed filled. We really enjoyed ourselves and would go back again!

Relaxing Spring Break!

Nice condo, well-equipped kitchen with easy access to pool. The complex is quiet with plenty of pools so it never seemed very crowded. Property manager responded quickly to requests and was accommodating to our needs. We had a very relaxing week and would definitely vacation here again.

Comforts of Home!

We rented this condo for a week. We had no issues and any questions that we did have were answered in a timely manner. The condo was clean and had an abundance of kitchen supplies. Great views and a very quiet neighborhood. We all enjoyed ourselves, the accommodations and look forward to the opportunity to return!

Super clean condo in a great spot!

We loved our stay. The condo had everything you need. It was spotless and cozy. The location is great- the pool is right behind you. The views are gorgeous. We asked if they had tennis rackets and they dropped 4 off for us. It was really easy to social distance here and we felt very safe. We’ll be back!
