The primary bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a hall bathroom with a tub to relax in. The attractive extended patio allows for outdoor entertainment as you enjoy BBQ and watch the evening sunset.



The exposure off the patio is west with warm sunshine and fairway and mountain views. The condo is located towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac street. A refreshing pool and spa are within easy walking distance.



The double 2 car garage has a spacious laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Direct entry from the garage into the condo.

ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: Palm Desert Resort is a gated golf community. Each condominium is single story, with nobody above or below. All properties have a patio with frontage onto the golf course or a spacious greenbelt. All facilities are public, including a par 72 golf course, driving range, clubhouse with dining and lounge and a full-service tennis program.



Guest Access:

To comply with City of Palm Desert vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete an in-person check-in at our office prior to accessing the property. During check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, provide your welcome packet, and issue property keys. The guest who made and paid for the reservation must be present and must be at least 25 years old. Our office is open daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after business hours, please contact our office in advance so we can arrange an alternative check-in procedure.

Positioned at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac, Jupiter View offers peace while keeping you close to the action. Per local ordinance, all guests will receive a Good Neighbor Brochure as part of the Welcome Packet provided at check-in. Guests are required to review and comply with all city regulations, neighborhood policies, and occupancy requirements outlined in the brochure throughout their stay.



Guests must follow all community rules, including parking only in designated areas, observing quiet hours, properly disposing of trash, keeping pets leashed, and using community amenities respectfully.



The 25 MPH speed limit is strictly enforced through speed trackers and cameras. Speeding violations carry a minimum $100 fine, which will be charged to the responsible guest. Guests are responsible for all members of their party and any fines incurred during their stay.
