The bedroom furniture needs to be replaced.The living room sofas and kitchen chairs fabric were dirty. Missing fans in the bedrooms, extra blankets for cold nights. It would be nice to include cleaning services for long term stay, if possible. Thank you

Best of everything!

Property was clean, comfortable and well furnished and stocked. Check in was easy and communication with host was easy and prompt. Property as described was on the golf course with beautiful mountain and golf course views. Neighborhood was peaceful and easy to navigate. Bed ( king) was extremely comfortable. Lots of towels and supplies. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Highly recommend this property. We have stayed in several others here but this was by far the best! Thank you Don for being such a good host!

Awesome Condo!

My wife and I spent a great week at this well-appointed condo on the Desert Falls golf course. Great patio on the course with a stunning view of the mountains. Immaculate and well-appointed inside. Convenient location. Loved the pickleball opportunities. Very positive experience.

Great location, responsive host

The property is centrally located and convenient to everything. Tennis courts are easy to reserve and guests play for free. The host was very prompt to respond to all questions ahead of and during our stay. The property is in great condition with all the necessities you may need at a vacation rental. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location with fantastic views

This ground floor unit located in Desert Palms was a great introduction for our first visit to the Palm Springs area. The unit was very clean and the renovated primary bathroom was very nice and spacious. The gated community is landscaped beautifully. The mountain views were spectacular especially at sunset. The kitchen was adequately equipped and the furnishings in the living area were quite comfortable. We really appreciated the responsiveness of the owner who quickly provided precise directions to the unit upon arrival. He also addressed a few minor issues very promptly. The community amenities (fitness centre, tennis, pickle ball and golf course) were an added bonus.

Great escape!

Such a wonderful place for a getaway! Had my morning coffee on the patio watching the golfers and taking in the scenery and fresh air. The condo had everything I needed and more. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond. Will definitely be back 🙂

The condo was the perfect place to spend a few days in the Palm Desert area. We only stayed for two nights and wished we had planned to stay more. The condo had everything to make our stay comfortable. Our favorites: eating breakfast on the patio and watching the golfers and hot air balloons in the sky. Outstanding in every respect!

Really Enjoyed Our Stay!

Super-nice, modern condo with a fantastic view of the golf course. We spent many mornings enjoying the beautiful weather, watching the golfer teeing off. Primary bedroom is large and comfortable with a roomy closet. Secondary bedroom is smaller but equally comfortable. Kitchen and dining areas are nice-sized and have everything you would need. Bathrooms are also spacious and come with all bathing products. Location is perfect for anything in the Palm Springs area. Owner is friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
