Thoughtfully designed to maximize your time in Palm Desert's year-round sunshine, this retreat is the home away from home you've been searching for. Guests will be surrounded by the natural beauty of the San Jacinto mountains and the peaceful desert. Step out back to find a private oasis, featuring a south-facing saltwater pool with cascading waterfalls, a spillover spa, and a fleet of lounge chairs where you can soak up the sunshine. Relax on the shady patio, flip burgers on the private gas grill, and unwind around the firepit when the sun goes down. Inside, the 2,060-square-foot home is punctuated by a beautiful gas fireplace, large smart TV with a Bose soundbar, and a sunken wet bar that opens to the backyard. The other side of the house sports an open kitchen/family room with its own large TV and enough space for group projects in the kitchen. Sit in the dining room to partake in your meal or dine alfresco in the garden, both of which boast large tables that encourage dinnertime conversation.

This home is located in a gated community of Palm Desert, where you'll have access to community pools, pickleball, tennis courts, and a fitness center. Golfers can head one mile west to tee off at the Palm Desert Country Club, which is open to the public, while tennis enthusiasts can catch some professional action at the annual BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells Tennis Garden less than a mile south. If you're interested in shopping, dining out, and perusing the local art galleries, look no further than the famous El Paseo Shopping District of downtown Palm Desert (five miles west).

THINGS TO KNOW
Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Very happy with Desert Breeze Oasis

We had a wonderful month of great weather and were very pleased with our rental- Desert Breeze Oasis. It is apparent the owners thought of every detail from the well stocked kitchen to the detailed instructions left with regard to pool and spa. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed the tennis courts and exercise facilities. We loved the location so much we are researching homes in the Desert Breeze Community for sale! I would highly recommend this home for future rentals!
