Nuova ristrutturazione dal pavimento al soffitto! Situato nel prestigioso e recintato Palm Valley Country Club, questo rifugio per golfisti è uno dei più famosi di Palm Valley e prenota in fretta.

Dall'altra parte della strada dalla club house, piscine e vasca idromassaggio. Questo splendido terzo livello 3 camere da letto 3 bagno casa è stato ristrutturato da cima a fondo ed è un rifugio perfetto per ogni occasione! Situato sulla buca 15 con una splendida vista di diversi fairway, il patio esterno lascia il posto a green sereno e spettacolare vista sulle montagne ed è arredato con un nuovissimo barbecue a gas, ventilatore a soffitto e posti a sedere per 4 plus due lettini per prendere il sole.

Nuovi pavimenti, mobili da cucina, cucina in granito e ripiani da bagno, elettrodomestici e lavatrice e asciugatrice Samsung. I divani si adagiano in posizione orizzontale completa. Bellissime persiane in legno e vernice fresca. Lussuoso nuovo Simmons pillow top king, queen, full e twin materassi. Bagno padronale spazioso. Due box auto e ampio parcheggio in strada. Abbiamo un bellissimo carrello da golf che è disponibile per l'affitto. Il soggiorno e le camere da letto dispongono di un televisore Samsung da 55 pollici a schermo piatto che include l'accesso al cavo con film espansi e pacchetti sportivi. Inserimento tastiera elettronica per un facile controllo automatico.

La pianta è aperta e spaziosa. Abbiamo ampliato l'ingresso della cucina in modo che fluisca nello spazio abitativo principale per creare un'area favolosa in cui le persone possano radunarsi e comunicare. C'è un camino nel soggiorno per quelle fredde notti d'inverno.

Abbiamo anche una seconda casa situata nella stessa comunità, numero VRBO 1179263. È una corrispondenza di modello con questa proprietà ed è decorata in uno stile shabby chic. Si prega di dare un'occhiata e vedere quale è il tuo preferito!

We have been staying at PVCC for 2 decades, never a disappointment. We were able to disconnect and rest. The WiFi worked great. My husband works remotely and was able to do so without interruption. We loved the location to the pool, close enough but far enough as well. We have so many memories with our children, seeing other families in the complex gives it life. ALSO, we appreciate being able to bring our pets. Had a great time in a very comfortable home.

This spacious condo has modern,easy-care furnishings for families. We enjoyed the golf cart and many pool toys and bikes. The kitchen was equipped with basic cookware and spices. The owner responded quickly to any question. Finally, we enjoyed the golf course and Mountain View’s from the patio.

We have stayed here 3 weeks in a row while working in the area and I will have to say it is always a pleasant and consistent stay. The hosts are very responsive and make themselves available to address any questions in a timely manner. We enjoy the great customer service and relaxing, clean and well designed environment. We had a great stay! I will definitely be booking the same condo for next year. Awesome communication and responsiveness from the host. We came on vacation with three other families who had also rented condos at PVCC so we loved the fact we could use the golf cart to drive around the property. This was a must for us because we have two young kids (2, 5) and we didn’t want to pack them up in a hot car just to drive two minutes down the road. The condo was very clean and well maintained. Open floor plan with updated kitchen, large bathrooms and a washer/dryer. There was plenty of room, even a touch too big for us; we didn’t even go in the other primary bedroom. Loved the location of the condo, it was great to be close to the main pool (heated) and club house. Looking forward to next year!

Four golfing friends stayed at this property for 5 nights in mid-March. The photos in the VRBO description accurately portrayed the property. It is a wonderful place with a well stocked kitchen and a beautiful view of a fairway on the Palm Valley Country from the patio. It is a mile from a grocery store and many restaurants. Sherman's Deli is a fine place to eat. We highly recommend this property.

Great place to get away. Condo was Beautiful and spacious. We used the 2 bikes that came with the condo. Nice little extra! The golf community is great for morning walks. We were there for the tennis tourney so couldn’t take advantage of the pool or tennis. But it’s all within walking distance of the condo. It’s a bit far from the Indian Wells Tennis to bike, but it’s a short Uber ride to the venue. Jay was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Stayed for an extended weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. Palm Valley CC is absolutely gorgeous. We loved our time there. Icing on the cake was having a golf cart to use. Very comfortable beds and high end furnishings made the unit a very welcoming place to stay.

Jay was a great host and great communicator. Property was exactly as described. Very bright and clean. Pool was right across the street and down a couple units so very close and convenient. Would have been nice to have som green space in the back but it backs the golf course. Also missing a drip coffee maker but had many spices and kitchen supplies. Would recommend

Clean, well-equipped, modern decor with comfortable furniture and great patios. Everything worked well with minimal problems and owner was accessible and very polite, helpful when we had initial problem with the entry keypad. Only suggestion we have is to have a drip coffee maker or French press available for morning coffee. the KEURIG set up is quite nice, but most of us would prefer a stronger coffee maker.

We have stayed here twice now and loved it every time! It’s in a beautiful complex with a pool across the street, comfy beds, good kitchen layout, and plenty of big bathroom mirrors for a girl’s trip :) Jay and Danielle are great hosts and easy to contact if there’s an issue, but we’ve never had one!
