Deserto Luxury Retreat!

Lo spazio

Nuova cucina fantastica pianta aperta e soggiorno creano un ambiente rilassante che si apre senza soluzione di continuità per lo spazio di vita all'aperto. Le camere sono lussuose - il maestro con un letto king-size, lenzuola sontuose, e un bagno moderno. Le altre due camere da letto hanno gli stessi letti king size, che sono entrambi staccabili per fare spazio per tutti gli ospiti secondo la vostra comodità.

La caratteristica della casa è davvero di essere l'incredibile spazio esterno. Perfetto per intrattenere o semplicemente per rilassarsi da soli, il giardino ha una piscina riscaldata full-size, una vasca idromassaggio 7 persone, nonché un gazebo tavolo da biliardo! Lo spazio del salotto esterno è perfetto per un drink serale o una lettura pomeriggio. Il barbecue a gas è un nuovo e molto grande, con un anello di gas per cucinare, anche.

Il vicinato

Il quartiere è situato meravigliosamente. Ci sono un paio di supermercati che gli ospiti possono raggiungere a piedi (10- 15 minuti a piedi). Siamo solo a pochi minuti a piedi dal esclusivo El Paseo che ha ogni negozio immaginabile, inclusi i preferiti di design! A circa 10 minuti di auto dalla casa è l'enorme centro commerciale Westfield se avete bisogno di più negozi di esaminare. Ci sono molti ristoranti e bar lungo El Paseo che hanno fantastici happy hour che durano tutta la notte!

Siamo anche a soli 25 minuti di auto dal ronzio di Palm Springs che rende per gite di un giorno meraviglioso, oltre grande vita notturna.

GOLF GOLF GOLF! La Shadow Mountain Golf Course è alla fine del nostro blocco! Ci sono una vasta gamma di campi da golf in tutta l'area e dintorni circostanti, anche.

Dal momento che siamo nella valle di tante belle montagne, ci sono una pletora di sentieri da sfruttare. Alcuni sono a pochi passi della casa e altri sono a breve distanza, ma sicuramente portare un sacco di acqua! Il paesaggio è assolutamente mozzafiato.

Muoversi

E 'molto facile da guidare ovunque mentre si sta visitando. Alcuni luoghi sono raggiungibili a piedi se siete in su per esso. Se non siete in auto, Uber è disponibile a Palm Desert e tutte le zone circostanti si potrebbe desiderare di visitare ed è molto conveniente per andare in giro in questo modo.

Month in the desert

Our stay at the property was fabulous! It is walking distance to the desirable El Paseo shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we desired. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The owners were very responsive to our questions and made the check in and check out process extremely easy! We visit Palm Desert regularly and I would not hesitate in renting this home again in the future.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay!

It's impossible to say enough about Philip's place and how fantastic of a host he is. Our month long stay was absolutely perfect. The home looked just as it did in the photos (actually, the stunning back yard is much larger than the photos portrayed), and the house was perfectly clean. The neighbourhood was just lovely - El Paseo was a true ten minute walk, and the streets surrounding the home were quiet and beautiful.It's beautifully decorated, has truly everything you need extras, and is intuitively laid out - anything we discovered we needed (extra sheets, specific cookware, outdoor dishes), were all there waiting for us. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The home was also very well stocked with general household supplies - I don't think we ran out of a single household item while there.And that YARD! It's massive! The pool was an absolute delight, as was the hot tub. There's a lovely lemon tree and pool table, multiple seating areas and just so much more.Philip gave us detailed instructions on how to enter the house and made sure to check in on us to ensure we were doing well. He was responsive and kind when when we had questions.Our stay was 10/10, and we're already thinking about returning next year! We really can't say enough about how fantastic our trip was.Thank you, Philip!

Loved this house. The pictures are accurate, the backyard is large and private. The neighborhood is quiet. It is a flat one mile walk to El Paseo and three different grocery stores. The house is well stocked. Really a lovely experience staying there.

Perfect Location, Perfect House!

We had a great stay at this house. The yard is big and very private. Pool and hot tub were really fun. At night the yard is really nicely lit up and had a good BBQ followed by a game of pool! Fully equipped kitchen that had everything my husband, a chef, needed. The bedrooms were good and beds very comfortable. We had a walk down to El Paseo for some shopping and lunch. We loved it and will be back.

Palm desert getaway

Great location and very clean! It’s a bit smaller than I thought but perfect for a couple and our dog, Lucy. The Civic Park is lovely so we walked Lucy every morning. House is less than 5 minutes from El Paseo shopping and great restaurants. Good proximity to lots of activities. Pool on the property was heated and taken care of. Loved Palm Desert and plan to return.

Great Palm Desert spot

Great location in Palm Desert. Close to El Paseo and surrounding activities, golf, etc. Property manager very responsive and helpful. Actual house is on smaller side but very clean, updated and functional. Lovely yard and pool/hot tub that was all well kept and working well. Place was absolutely perfect for my family of 5 and 2 small fury friends for a 6 week stay. Exceptional value. 100% would go back!

The property is a great treat! Backyard is a little oasis from the outside world. Jacuzzi, pool, pool table, comfortable seating everywhere... The kitchen has everything you need to make a grand meal or late night snack. Location is the best - walking distance to El Paseo and Living Desert. Philip, the Owner has thought of all the amenities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

Perfect Vacation in the Sun

This was the perfect girls getaway location for myself and four adult daughters. Philip was prompt and super nice to work with, and the house was immaculate and well supplied. The updated kitchen is nicely appointed, the beds comfortable, ample towels for bathrooms and the pool, and great products in the bathrooms. The furniture is very comfortable and attractive. Location is in a quiet neighborhood... nice for walks or bike riding. Terrific pool and hot tub. I would definitely return to this home. We had a lovely time.

The house worked out perfectly for our small family (1 toddler and dog). We enjoyed the yard and pool as well as the space the home offered. We also found the place to be conveniently located to downtown Palm Desert for shopping and restaurants. Plenty of extra towels and laundry machines made the place feel like home. We would stay again!

Beautiful oasis in Palm Destert

What a lovely vacation home! We had the luxury of staying here for three weeks this winter. It is clean, bright, and newly renovated. The decor is bright and happy, the sheets are crisp cotton, the kitchen well appointed, great sound system, internet TV, etc. Nothing left to want! The yard is private, with lawn, pool, hot tub, pool table, lounge chairs, dining, and fantastic grill! The yard landscaping is wonderful, we saw and heard many species of migrating birds right along the flowering hedge. The pool and lounging area was so pleasant, we spent most of time just hanging out in the back yard. The neighborhood is very walkable, and is very conveniently located to restaurants and shopping, including the fabulous El Paseo. There are endless hikes and nature trails in the foothills accessible from trailheads nearby. People of Palm Desert area are so friendly, we loved stopping to chat with people, and got lots of good recommendations for places to see and go. I think his fabulous Luxury Retreat will be our home away from home every winter! Thank you for making your special home available to us!
