Come enjoy the beauty of Palm Desert in our Beautiful and Comfortable Villa for either Weekend 1 of Coachella, or for the Stagecoach Music Festival!

Our resort is nestled at the foothills of the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto mountains, where velvety green golf courses add color to the picturesque desert panoramas. You are renting Direct from an Presidential Level Marriott Vacation Club owner. You will be able to verify all reservations directly on the Marriott website once the reservation has been placed in your name.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa overlooks rolling fairways and sparkling lakes weaving throughout the landscape. Beautiful villas feature a master bedroom with a king-size bed while the separate living and dining areas and fully equipped kitchen offer convenience and comfort. Added amenities include a DVD player, premium bedding, and a coffee/tea maker. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, complimentary self-parking, and no resort fees during your stay.

Swing by the Shadow Ridge Golf Club and try your luck on the course. Then relax with a bite to eat at the Grill at Shadow Ridge or one of the poolside bars. Recreational activities include multiple outdoor pools, whirlpool spas, children's pool and waterslide, tennis courts, activity center and game room, 24-hour fitness center with steam room and sauna. There is the Mirage Activity Center for Kids and the Mirage Teen Lounge along with putt putt golf, volleyball, and a basketball/sport Court. This smoke-free resort has 3 restaurants, 4 outdoor pools and a championship golf course. Other amenities include 2 poolside bars, a fitness center, and a bar/lounge.

About Your Villa:
• Check in after: 4:00 PM, check out before: 10:00 AM
• 2-bedroom/2-bath villa
• Primary - king + full bath, 2 queen beds in secondary bedroom, + sofa bed in living room
• Approximately 1100+ square feet
• Sleeps 8 (maximum)
• Pool access available from 7 AM to 11 PM

Things to know:
• You are responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
• Cleaned with disinfectant, all towels and bedding washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
• High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)
• Follows industry health association: SafeStay (AHLA - USA)
• This property is managed by a private host, not a professional engaged in trade or business
• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The VRBO cancellation platform is very limited. While they show my property as a "non-refundable" reservation, please know that your reservation is FULLY REFUNDABLE if you cancel 62 days BEFORE your arrival date.

Coachella Weekend 1 Dates (4/9/25 - 4/14/25):
If you are booking for Coachella Weekend 1 with the arrival date of Wednesday April 9, 2025, if you cancel by Thursday, February 6, 2025 you would be entitled to a FULL REFUND. If you cancel any time AFTER February 6, 2025 your reservation WILL NOT BE refundable.

Stagecoach Dates (4/23/25 - 4/28/25):
If you are booking for Stagecoach with the arrival date of Wednesday April 23, 2025, if you cancel by Thursday, February 20, 2025 you would be entitled to a FULL REFUND. If you cancel any time AFTER February 20, 2025 your reservation WILL NOT BE refundable

Fabulous vacation spot!

We had a great time at the Marriott Shadow Ridge. There is something for everyone of all ages! Many pools/water slides, golf, kids activities and a small putt putt area. Lisa was FANTASTIC. She is super organized. She really made sure that everything went smoothly. She was excellent with communication and I would say she has been one of the best people I have rented from on VRBO!! You will have a wonderful vacation if you rent this property!!
