Vieni a scappare da tutto in questo bellissimo condominio situato nel resort come Palm Valley CC! Scegli tra oltre 46 piscine per nuotare e rilassarsi. Ci sono solo due minuti a piedi su entrambi i lati dell'unità. Oppure vai alla club house di 110 metri quadrati (una delle più grandi del paese) e gusta un drink a bordo piscina nella piscina olimpionica junior.
Godetevi le viste mozzafiato sul campo da golf Champion, sul pittoresco lago con uccelli migratori, sulle splendide montagne e sulle palme. Il patio sul retro si affaccia a nord e prende il sole del mattino e l'ombra del pomeriggio. : ->

The Good: Communications and location were good. Entry into the gated community and condo were simple. They provided soap, shampoo and conditioner, as well as laundry detergent. Nice to have a garage. Overall it was generally clean and comfortable. The Not so Good: The shower doesn’t drain properly and had standing water and soap suds on the tile when we arrived and after each use. The pebble tiles on the shower floor were loose and dislodged. The ice maker was completely frozen and was nonfunctional.TV functioned, but there are 4 remotes and no instructions on how to use.

Host was excellent! Clear, very detailed information made it easy. Great golf course views. Peaceful and quiet. Close to shopping and endless golf. The unit is very well equipped and maintained. Will book it again in a heartbeat!! It's also well equipped for a family if needed.

The place is cute- right on the golf course with quick access to swimming pools. Other than a very minor mix up at checking with the gate guard everything went perfectly.

It was adequate. The bed was comfortable. Location is great for out needs. The kitchen was well equipped. There were some maintenance issues that should be corrected. The decor and furnishings were old and out dated. I think the price reflected that.

This lovely two bedroom, two bath place was well located, comfortable and clean. We loved all of the extras, so many supplies, towels, spices in the kitchen. Everything was fully stocked. Great outdoor spaces.

Wonderful stay in the desert!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The house was spacious and clean with a perfect view over the golf course. We enjoyed the many pools within the community to cool off in the heat. Would happily come for a return visit!

gREAT lOCATION

A perfect location to get to all the wonderful restaurants and activities. Very quiet, nice floorplan. Kitchen was nice and well equipped, two neighborhood pools nearby to walk to. Beautiful view of the golf course and pond. Front patio is quiet to eat outside. Owner was very accommodating to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable vacation.

A VERY PLEASANT SURPRISE..BRAVO

This place as absolutely fantastic. Clean, wll appointed with plenty of kitchen cooking tools, garage, TV's...bathrooms and laundry. Contrary to another review this place was clean, tidy, well appointed. I came into town to play at a tennis tournament so the location was great. I would stay here again, I would suggest that anyone looking for a nice place, with a comfortable bed, and a wonderful master bathrooma and shower. This place is great and will return...only down size was that my wife did not come down with me...She would have loved it...

Fantastic Stay at a Gorgeous Golf Course Two Bedroom Townhome- Highly Recommended!

My stay at this VRBO in early January was nothing short of exceptional! Nestled on a beautiful golf course, this property exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that we were in for a treat. Pros: Epic Country Club Facilities: The access to the country club facilities added a touch of luxury to our stay. It was a delightful experience to enjoy such well-maintained amenities. Beautiful Grounds: The property is surrounded by stunning landscapes, offering serene views that are a joy to wake up to every morning. Spacious Accommodation with Two-Car Garage: The spaciousness of the place made our stay extremely comfortable. Plus, the convenience of a two-car garage was a huge bonus. Pet-Friendly: As a pet owner, I appreciated the pet-friendly policy. It made our stay stress-free and enjoyable for our furry friend too. Warm and Comfortable Bedding: After long days of exploring and enjoying the area, the warm and comfortable bedding was just what we needed for a restful night's sleep. Ideal for Remote Workers: The setup was perfect for remote work. The quiet environment and reliable internet connection allowed me to work without any interruptions. Well-Stocked and Great Kitchen: The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it a joy to prepare meals. It truly felt like a home away from home. disappointing

Great location and view, however fairly neglected in many areas. We are not newcomers to renting VRBO's. Examples: patio windows were filthy, walls scuffed in bad need of a paint job, kitchen cabinets very chipped (not as pictured), dated furniture and extremely uncomfortable sofa and main chair, very poor lighting in living room and primary bedroom, dishes were chipped and actually dirty, towels very rough and old, some stained. Broken glass from outside fixtures laying in ground, rusty lanterns. Rubber door lining half off the track.Our guests left after one night because of uncomfortable beds. Pretty property that needs some serious attention to make a renter more comfortable.
