    Splendida casa privata situata nella prestigiosa comunità di South Palm Desert con una cucina all'avanguardia e una sala multimediale rinnovate di recente.

    Sarai a pochi passi dal famoso El Paseo, dalle sue gallerie, negozi e ristoranti e vicino a tutti i principali campi da golf e campi da tennis pubblici di Palm Desert.

    La proprietà è una residenza unifamiliare ed è recintata e completamente recintata per la privacy. È dotato di una piscina riscaldata di grandi dimensioni circondata da palme giganti con vista sulle montagne.

    Quando entri in casa attraverso enormi cancelli di rame, sarai accolto
    da una bella fontana e alberi lussureggianti. Entrando in casa,
    attraverso le porte di vetro, l'atrio si apre in una grande zona giorno e pranzo ben arredata con soffitti molto alti, un camino a gas e pareti di vetro che si aprono su un'oasi del giardino. La grande piscina è riscaldata e consentirà molte ore di divertimento e intrattenimento.

    La casa offre 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni e 6 posti letto comodamente.

    Ogni camera ha un sacco di armadio e spazio di archiviazione e ognuna ha il proprio patio esterno privato dove gli ospiti possono ritirarsi e gustare un caffè al mattino presto o sedersi in silenzio per leggere o semplicemente rilassarsi. C'è la connessione internet wireless in loco.

    La casa di 2800 piedi quadrati è arredata con gusto e presenta marmo
    bagni, una sala multimediale con TV da 50 "e una nuova cucina completamente rinnovata per cucinare e intrattenere. Vi è un accesso diretto alla cucina da un garage per due auto o da un patio barbecue separato.

    Il clou della casa è una veranda coperta da 80 piedi che consente un'esperienza di vita interna / esterna completa. La veranda dispone di zone pranzo, soggiorno e notte circondate da letti di fiori bianchi.

    La casa comprende cucina completamente attrezzata, nuovi elettrodomestici e stoviglie sia formali che informali. Sono inclusi anche articoli da bar completi.

Robert greeted us upon arrival and showed us how to use all the gadgets and was so sweet! His home was absolutely stunning, the pool was heated perfectly and we had the best time! The upgraded kitchen was perfect for hosting and plenty of room for all of us to get around. The neighborhood felt so safe and morning walks were a must! Thank you again Robert!

Great Property and Location

Perfect location and setup for our family. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were plenty of spots to sit and relax, indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed the pool and the location to shops was excellent. Overall, a great getaway spot for our family.

Beautiful Mountain Views

We totally enjoyed our stay. House was not only beautiful it was comfortable. The pool was enjoyed each day along with morning coffee on the patio. The location was ideal and near my favorite Mexican Restaurant Fresh Agave…we went twice.

Wonderful stay!

This property is everything we hoped it would be, truly spectacular! We loved being able to walk to El Paseo and lounge by the pool. The house is just beautiful and Robert is always available if you need him.

Great house and location

A very nice house on a quiet street. The proximity to restaurants and shops on El Paseo was a big plus. Several great hikes are a short distance away. The property manager was especially gracious and helpful.

Two bedrooms share a bathroom with an outdated broken shower. Master bathroom also has a tub/Jacuzzi shower with very poor water pressure. All showers were taken in the facility next to the media room. One couple left early… embarrassing as I was the host.

Great place in Palm Desert

Three couples for a music festival weekend. Place was SO clean, host met us at the property to ensure we knew how to operate everything. So much space, kitchen is nicer and bigger than expected in the pictures. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery. Would stay again for sure.

Heaven on Earth

Everything about this house is warm and welcoming.The property manager BARBARA and the owner were helpful,responsive and professional.LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION doesn’t get any better to the famous EL Paseo shopping,restaurant district. The swimming pool ,back yard is very beautiful at night all lite up.The kitchen is very well appointment so cooking and enjoying a meal overlooking the pool was really the ticket for us.Treat yourselves to a relaxing get away at this property.

Perfect home base for our daughter’s wedding week!

The home exceeded our expectations in every way. Our group included three couples and everyone loved it. There are multiple areas for hanging out, reading, playing games, etc. The pool was very clean and the temperature was perfect. All of the beds were cozy and comfortable. The kitchen is spacious and accommodated all our cooking needs. It was a great experience overall and we hope to be back!

Absolutely a lovely home!

We stayed as a family here over Thanksgiving. The house is lovely. So many details and subtle touches that made us feel like we were staying at home versus a stark rental. The kitchen was large and extremely well appointed. Great location. Walked to El Paseo every day. The outdoor space was very nice and had a lot of seating spaces. Large yard and fruit trees too! Highly recommend. Will stay again.

Good house

This house is used exclusively for rentals. The owner is attentive. The house was VERY clean. TVs were difficult to operate. Master shower needs a new shower head. Pool is beautiful. One bathroom is on the other side of the house away from the bedrooms. Therefore, 2 bedrooms share a hall bath while the master bedroom has a private bath.

All was fine until it wasn’t

The house was very nice if dated and worn/well-used. Barbara gave us a proper introduction and tour. We noticed a general stale smell in the home but could open enough sliding doors for fresh air to combat it. During our stay we experienced an overflowing toilet, sewer water backing into the shower and water coming up out of drains in the garage that didn’t receive any immediate attention from the property manager. She referred me to the owner who apparently was in flight and didn’t respond. Had this been my home, I’d have called a plumber immediately! I noted other maintenance problems for the property manager like an overwhelming gas smell from the pool heater. Again, I’d have not been as casual as they were - thanking me but not getting attention to the matter quickly. Overall we enjoyed ourselves so am giving 3 stars despite the problems noted.

Five Star Vacation!

We stayed at the house for three and a half weeks in February 2022! The house and grounds are amazing. From the moment we walked into the house, we knew that we had made the right selection for our extended stay in Palm Desert. We love to cook and the kitchen was well equipped and provided everything we needed for our dinners on the beautiful veranda. Our host, Robert Nieto. would respond immediately to our requests and was concerned that we were enjoying our stay at the house.

5 star house in Palm Desert

The property is perfect. Chill by the beautiful pool, take a hike in the mountains, or walk into town. No bad choices. The house and grounds are immaculate. Thank you Robert and Barbara for making our stay so wonderful. We cannot wait to come back.
