Great Place

Property was perfect for us. The pool was awesome and a great feature to have given the temperatures were over 100 every day we were there. Management was quick to respond to all questions and even promptly brought over new pool umbrellas when the ones there broke. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Property

The property was clean snd private.The area seems more windy than other areas. I wish the pool had a rail to get in and out. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool because of it.The couch and the chairs in the living room were too low and not easy to use.

Comfortable and quiet

Property is in the windier section of town. Quiet neighborhood. Pool is smaller than it appears in the photos. Hot tub gets very hot and is nice for relaxing.

Girls Trip!!

5 Ladies stayed comfortably for a four day weekend. Quick Uber rides to downtown, pool and hot tub clean and lovely. Sun in backyard during the day and Palm Springs strip at night! Great shopping and food - music and glitter everywhere!! Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay at Sunny Days

We had a wonderful time at Sunny Days and are already looking forward to coming back! Hosts were communicative, clear and very helpful. The location was perfect for us and the home had everything we needed to enjoy beautiful PS. Highly recommend!

Bday Weekend Getaway

Pool and location of house were incredible. Big yard amenities were amazing as well. Checkin in time of 4 pm was a downer as we came to town earlier during the day. Check out extremely early which doesn’t match the check in parameters (10 am). This location was nice but feels like it’s run by a hotel. Unreasonable hospitality would take this experience from good to great. Let me state this again the house is great just needs a warmer feel with minor things.

High Design, comfy amenities

The pool, yard and spa are first rate and all amenities are plush and comfy. Nicely designed space and furniture, the art is fun! good beds, linens and towels. Well stocked kitchen. Good location, but it can be a bit windy on the north end of town.

Great place for a long weekend

The house was a great place for our week long, family of three getaway. Everything was clean and well prepared for our visit. For what we were up to, the location was perfect. The main downtown strip for food and shops is a 10-15 minute drive away. Getting out of town to go hiking on the reservation or up the tram were also short and easy drives. Two things I’d like to call out would be: It would be nice if the fridge dispensed filtered water. It has a built in water and ice unit, but neither work and we ended up having to buy bottled water which seemed wasteful. The $75 per day fee to heat the pool is hard to swallow, since it’s an additional cost on top of the rental fee. I understand the high energy costs that come with maintaining a pool, but for us, it was not a good use of money, since we would only use it for an hour or so per swim, or sometimes not at all depending on what we were up to that day. But for larger groups planning on spending more time in the water, it would make more sense. But overall, this is a great place and we would love to come back on our next trip.

Terrific Stay with Sunny Days

The house is in an ideal location, has a great view, and was beautifully maintained. There were a few quirky things that came up- but every time there was any issue at all the amazing staff at Sunny Days was all over it. They were always available by phone or text, sent reps over as needed, and were invariably responsive, friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would absolutely stay at this or another Sunny Days managed property again.

Noise rules not as written in listing

The home was cute very small though. The pictures are very deceiving. It was just my husband and two small children so it was fine. The biggest downfall to this property was the noise ordinance. I always expect the usually quiet time 10pm-7am which is never a problem for us. This property is very strict on noise. So strict there is a 24 line the neighbors can call to report noise. There’s a sign when you walk in that goes over this, yiu cannot have any music or sound outside at any time of day. Even if you’re trying to enjoy your pool time. You cannot have a door open and make noise from inside the house. It goes as far as to say there is a device that detects noise and you can’t go over a certain decibel. Also another clear issue this property has is it loses its internet connection often. I know this is a known problem because there’s specific instructions on how to fix this. We were scheduled to stay a few days but only stayed over night. With small children we at least need the tv to work a few hours a day. It didn’t work the entire time even with the troubleshooting. There was a storm coming in the next day so with all the restrictions and no internet we decided to leave early.
