Ristrutturazione totale di cinque camere da letto, sei bagni, bagno interno a un piano, recintato, tutte le camere hanno accesso indipendente alla piscina e all'esterno, con totale privacy. Vista libera della catena montuosa di San Jacinto dal retro della casa e dell'area della piscina. Ottima vista della catena montuosa di Santa Rosa dalla cucina, sala da pranzo formale posti a sedere 12, e un patio anteriore duecento metri quadrati.

UNA TAVOLA DA POKER PROFESSIONALE A NOVE GIOCATORE, oltre a scacchi, dama e backgammon in salotto.

Un patio anteriore di duecento piedi quadrati. Due nuovi grandi gazebo uno 12x9 e l'altro 9x9 saranno aggiunti all'area riservata del cortile. La piscina completamente rinnovata con refrigerazione sarà a disposizione dei nostri ospiti.

La casa si trova in una coppa de sac nella zona protetta dal vento dell'Indian Canyon a South Palm Springs, una delle zone più ambite della Coachella Valley. Si trova a due isolati dal Saguaro Hotel and Pool Club, così come dal centro commerciale Smoketree, dove troverete ottimi ristoranti, un grande supermercato di lusso, un negozio di ferramenta e dieci altre piccole imprese. Siamo anche a due isolati dalla navetta gratuita che collega East Palm Canyon a tutti i ristoranti e le attività nel centro di Palm Springs.

Great VRBO in Palm Springs

A great VRBO with a friendly, caring and responsive owner. The home was very clean and fully stocked with everything for a large group of people. We had a very minor issue with the pool table and the owner had it fixed in just a few hours. It was a great rental experience.

Fab!

Really wonderful gathering Place for a group. We were there in a family trip with seven adults and four kids 11 and under. It was perfect. Plenty of towels and linens and silverware and cups! Great pool and spa!! We had such a great time and it is really a convenient location for so much of the fun stuff in Palm Springs. Everybody was super responsive to our questions! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Palm springs bachelor party

Beautiful place close to downtown Palm springs with all the amenities you could want. The pool was phenomenal as was the hot tub. 8 big guys were staying and we had enough beds for everyone and bathrooms enough that nobody ever had to wait to use one. Stocked with games, towels, extra linens, this place was perfect. We grilled, hung out by the pool, and when we wanted to go into town it was a quick uber. Overall a great stay!

Great house!!

We enjoyed our stay in this property. The house had plenty of room for our group of 9. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows to use. The kitchen was spacious fand had everything we needed to cook our group meals. It was nice to have two full size refrigerators to put all our food and beverage in. (lots of ice) One refrigerator is located in the game room which was nice to use on a rainy day. The pool area was great with plenty of chairs for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. The owner was very responsive when we had any issues. We were very pleased with this property and would stay here again when in Palm Springs.

Fantastic host and great property

Norm was probably the nicest, most responsive host I’ve encountered. Every detail was thought of, including some welcome snacks and a bottle of wine. The kitchen was really well appointed, tons of games for the kids, pool toys, etc. Couldn’t have had a better stay. Thank you Norm, we will be back!

The house was exactly as great as the pictures show. Norman was a wonderful host, very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Could not recommend this place more and will definitely stay here next time we're in Palm Springs.

Excellent well appointed spacious home

A perfect place to stay with a large group with five comfortable bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, great outdoors with pool, hot tub, fire pit, fantastic game room. We loved that the pool and hot tub were already properly heated. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance you could possibly need. Everything was very clean and organized. AC works great. Laundry great. We really liked the book collection all over the home. Lots of large screen TVs with cable. Everything you could need!

Great set up for 2 families

We enjoyed Palm Springs and this property very much. The host was very attentive, confirmed details with us before arriving and was very responsive to our needs once we arrived going above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed and enjoyed our visit. The house is set up for a great time for two families or a large group. We loved the game room and the view from the back patio/pool area. Bit of a drive (10-12 minutes) to the downtown and main restaurant areas but walking distance to a shopping center with grocery store, Starbucks and a few restaurant choices. Overall a great stay!

Great home!

We had a wonderful time from the minute we arrived until we sadly had to leave. The pool and hot tub were great, the kitchen was stocked and all of the bedrooms were well appointed and had extra whatever you needed. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Great property, great host, great time

The weekend started out with a hiccup - total user error on our part in booking the reservation, but host Norman was gracious and considerate and accommodating. The property proved to be just as inviting. When the icemaker ran out of ice because we were all hydrating in the heat, I was about to call Norman... when we discovered the several 20lb bags of ice he had stocked in the gameroom fridge for us. It's that kind of thoughtful consideration that made for a great stay!

An oasis in the desert

This is a wonderful property in a perfect neighborhood. It is very suitable for groups of 8-10 persons due to the ample number of bedrooms, bathrooms and rest areas for the group to gather in and enjoy. All the rooms are very well and appropriately appointed with TVs, Cable boxes, Air-conditioning, huge beds, bureaux, etc. The kitchen has a huge island around which the group can gather and bond. The kitchen also houses modern appliances that can help the cook(s) in their culinary tasks. There is also a table for poker, blackjack and other board games (of which there are enough in the property). The yard at the back boasts of a fantastic pool, a gazebo, deck chairs, and a hot tub. Everything worked! And it all worked well! The piece de resistance for our group was the Games Room - a garage converted into a recreation space with a snooker / pool table, foosball, and air hockey. There are two huge fridges, and two pairs of huge washing machines and dryers too. The property is literally minutes away from fantastic stores, restaurants, the post office, banks, cafes and the works. The manager / owner is very responsive and was always available to guide us. If I had to recommend a few things for improving the property even further, I would recommend shower curtains in the bathrooms and perhaps a look into how to make the water pressure in the showers a tad better. However, these comments should not be taken as criticism of the property. These are more to be read as ideas for improvement. Thank you for a great time!

Perfect weekend group getaway

This property is in the best location near every popular destination in PS. The house was absolutely perfect for a group of 10, looking to relax by the pool, cook, take in the mountain and palm tree views, and soak up the sun. Norman and Christina were amazing hosts and surprised us with champagne as our welcome. Couldn’t have asked for a better VRBO.
