Gated, privato, casa in stile resort. Nuovissima piscina di acqua salata lunga 45 piedi con ampia piattaforma di abbronzatura. Immergiti nella vasca idromassaggio godendoti la vista libera sulla magnifica montagna di San Jacinto. Grande cascata illuminata per lenire i sensi. Due posti a sedere con un pozzo del fuoco ciascuno, per mantenere l'atmosfera calda durante le notti fredde del deserto invernale. Prato verde, agrumi e palme.

Spaziosi interni moderni con opere d'arte contemporanea che offrono stile e comfort alla vostra vacanza. Grande cucina per chef con isola e sala colazione.
Due comode camere da letto con bagno privato e altre due camere più piccole che condividono un bagno.
Pianoforte a coda nella tana per gli amanti della musica.
Tavolo da pranzo si siede comodamente fino a 10.
Lo spazio esterno invita al relax totale. Ci sono entrambe le aree relax soleggiate e ombreggiate intorno alla piscina.

Great vacation

Great house for a family vacation. The backyard and pool are amazing. The house is well stocked with all of the essentials and the property manager was very helpful. The location is perfect for families as it is across the street from Ruth Hardy Park. Also very close to hiking and great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house, great location

Beautiful house, well maintained. Plenty of room for our multi-generational vacation. Kitchen and pantry well stocked. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. Great pool. Well worth paying extra for heating. Grandkids swam every day, even during cool mornings/evenings and when raining. Fire pits and patio heaters allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space in almost any temperature. Great location. Close to uptown Palm Springs, grocery stores and walking distance to several restaurants. Property manager Tony was friendly and quickly responded to our texts. Thanks for a great getaway!

Pros: The owner and property manager are great. The house is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well-stocked and very large. Bed is comfortable. Cons: There can be helicopter/traffic noise for the nearby hospital. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous house in a great location!

We stayed at the house with 2 families and it was perfect for our trip. The outdoor area was great with the large pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pits, and plenty of outdoor seating. The inside was spacious too giving us plenty of room to spread out. The location was nice across from the park and easy access to downtown.

Water Features Are The Star

Had a great stay at this house that is in close walking proximity to Palm Canyon Drive. We had some issues with the house and unwelcome "guests", but the property manager Tony was very responsive to our communications and easily accessible when needed. The real star of this house is the large pool with water features as well as the fountain. They all beautifully light up at night. Though the house is on a busy road, the water features help to drown out the noise of cars.

Luxurious Gem With Amazing Pool

This property was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The Property Manager Tony was very communicative and helpful. Everything in the house from the beds to the kitchen lived up to the photos,. The Pool is amazing - very large and with lights and deck jets. We hope to come stay here again sometime!

Beautiful Home with a Great Location

We rented this home for an extended family getaway. We selected this one in particular because of the open floor plan, the pool, the ratio of beds to baths, and the proximity to the park & downtown amenities. Needless to say, we chose well! The beds were very comfortable, the pool and grounds were clean, and the property manager Tony was super prompt, friendly, and informative. The kitchen had everything necessary for meal prep, there are fruit trees on the property and a lovely hammock for shaded naps. We're truly considering this property for all future visits with the family as there was nothing to be desired.

Fabulous in every way

What a delightful stay at this wonderful home! The pictures don’t capture the space and light and comfort of this home. The kitchen offers everything the home chef needs—I was in heaven. The grounds are extraordinary and we loved every minute of our stay.

Simply amazing!

We truly had the best time at this stunning property. The outdoor living area was beyond spectacular and where we spent most of our time. I cannot say enough nice things about the property manager Carl. He was so helpful and kind. We hope to come stay here again sometime!

Great House in Palm Springs

Our family stayed for five nights and really enjoyed this home - particularly the awesome backyard / pool area, which has a resort-like feel to it. Location is great for easy access to downtown Palm Springs. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner upgrade some of the outdoor chairs/loungers as some had a flimsy feel to them. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a vacation stay and I would definitely come back.

This home is all about the back yard. The totally private pool, hot tub, patios, fire pits (yes, two of those) with views of the mountains make for a spectacular Palm Springs vacation! Without a doubt the best you’ll find in Palm Springs!

Nice pandemic stay.

Very nice property. Backyard is amazing. So much space and the pool and spa were great. Need to pay for the pool heating but worth it especially in January. Lots of restaurants that do delivery or take out extremely close by. Grocery stores also within a mile or so. Kitchen is well stocked even with spices and olive oil. Property manager is extremely responsive. Ordered something from Amazon and they delivered it to the mailbox which is locked. He came very quickly to get our package for us. Replaced a broken coffee maker same day as well. House is about an hour and 20 min from the hikes in Joshua tree. Beautiful house. Would recommend. The Toto toilets were extremely interesting for our kids.

Private little Resort

We stayed at this property for 7 days and did not want to leave! We wished we found this place sooner. The yard was private and felt like your own personal resort. The house was very clean. We had two families (4 adults and 4 kids ages ranged from 4-16) All the kids had online school and some adults worked virtually. It worked out well, school was done during the day and pool fun and R&R in the afternoons/evenings. Highly Recommend! It was also easy to get in touch with property manager if we needed anything too. We will be back!

Gorgeous and Spacious Home

We stayed in this home over the holidays and love the improvements to this mid-century home the owners have lovingly put in. The pool is just amazing to look at and is a great feature with lights at night and a beautiful waterfall, with an amazing covered patio. The gas fireplace was a great place for our family to sit and hang out in the evenings and just unwind after spending the day downtown and the beautiful kitchen had more than enough room for a short stay. Ruth Hardy Park is also right across the street for afternoon walks and of course, everything Palm Springs is just a short drive away. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

AWESOME HOUSE

Oh my gosh EVERYTHING was so great. The owner Carl was so quick to respond and accommodating. And the check in and check out with Marshall & Tony was also so accommodating. I have never seen a more beautiful pool, water features and the lighting at night was like being at our own 5 star resort. The house was also great and we are for sure going back next year. Perfect location also. Can't wait for next year!!

Family vacation

We all had such a wonderful time at this home. It’s was beautiful! The pool was amazing. Plenty of room inside. It met all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!! The check in and out was a breeze. The owner was so nice and fast answering all our questions and making sure we had no problems!

This place is what dreams are made of!

We plan a trip every year to Palm Springs so we have pretty high standards when picking the right house for our group, and for the first time in 5 years, this house checked ALL of our boxes! The house is exactly as described in the listing, and even better in person. The floorplan worked well for our group as we had 6 adults and 2 small children with plenty of room for privacy, yet a large enough common area to accommodate all of us. AND THE KITCHEN!!! Seriously, everything about this place was wonderful. The pool is what dreams are made of, and was at the perfect temperature any time of day. The house is on the corner off of a main street, but it is well secured and we rarely heard the noise of the street traffic, only when in the pool and if the waterfall was off. I would rate this an 11 out of 10 and wish we could go back every weekend!!
