The home is situated on a very large lot with excellent trees surrounding the backyard for your privacy. The Mountain View’s are stunning! The Jacuzzi and pool are also incredibly large. Due to soaring energy costs we do charge a heating fee of $150/day for the jacuzzi and pool heat (which includes the stunning 30’ wall of fire or $100 a for just the jacuzzi, which honestly is about the size of a pool! The jacuzzi is 15’x7‘. It’s a fabulous monster. There are two ring doorbell cameras at the property you are welcome to remove them during your stay but please put them back upon check out.
