  • Welcome to your colorful and bright Palm Springs oasis. The location truly can't be beat - the home is near shopping and dining, nightlife and hiking trails. Inside, you're welcomed by colorful mid-century modern and contemporary decor, giving the space an energizing and playful atmosphere. Whether your goal is to relax and unwind, or celebrate and have fun, this is the place for you.

    Kick back on the luxe sofa and watch your favorite TV shows and movies. Click on the fireplace for extra ambiance and take in views of the nearby mountains. When hunger strikes, take advantage of the well-appointed kitchen sparkling with stainless steel appliances. Pop open a bottle of wine and dine together at the table fit for six. The fun doesn't end here. More relaxing and exciting perks await outside. Every inch of the backyard was intentionally crafted for your enjoyment. Take advantage of the pool and connecting pool spa. If the water's not your thing, sunbathe on an orange chaise lounge. For those wanting to stay shaded, the pool umbrellas and covered patio will be your saving grace. The backyard includes a grill and an outdoor dining area so dining alfresco is a breeze. The garden on the side of the home is lovely and perfect for relaxing with a book or doing yoga. Gather around one of two outdoor firepits when the sun goes down. At night, rest your head in one of three bedrooms, each with its own unique color story. The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and sliding doors that lead to the pool.

Host was very helpful and recommended some great places to eat during our stay. House was lovely, clean and very comfortable. Location was very good, just a quick hop to downtown. The views from the home were spectacular...wonderful sunrises seen from the backyard and the towering San Jacinto in the front. Would stay there again :) Thank you.

Girls Trip

This house was so perfect for our girls trip! Everything was so clean and location is perfect for going to downtown. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone!

Great PSP escape

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. The property is spacious, with a large lawn and pool area in addition to several separate outdoor seating areas. Everything inside the home was updated and clean. We’d definitely stay here again!

Nice Oasis With Great Location

Our family of 5 really enjoyed the house. It was just like the photos & convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Fantastic backyard and pool & plenty of space to spread out. Would book again if we head back to the desert & check-in and check-out was a breeze.

Fantastic stay

My family of 7 (wife, 3 kids and grandparents) has an absolutely amazing time staying at Casa Colors. It is an amazing property with an even more amazing outdoor space. Lots of room for everyone. My wife and I especially enjoyed the secluded garden/fire pit off the spare bedroom. Would recommend this property for any family.

Beautiful and Clean

My family had a wonderful vacation. The pool is sparkling and deep so my teens had a blast. The garden is beautiful and Zen. The house was spotless when we walked in the door and had everything we needed. Comfy beds, great A/C, close to airport and stores, and a fully stocked kitchen. We wish we could have stayed forever. We were able to get a late check out which was amazing as well. We will definitely be staying here again!

Can’t say enough about this beautiful home, we arrived late after celebrating with family. My Daughter and I quickly took a tour of the house which has all the amenities you can ever want or need, super cute and modern.It has a book with all information needed for your stay right as you walk in the door, we then ran outside to enjoy the pool! The pool was warm and the back yard was beautiful, we enjoyed swimming under the stars; our weekend here was perfect, a true oasis. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!

The Perfect House for Your Palm Springs Stay!

What a perfect find in Palm Springs. The house is modern, clean, and recently updated. The house is wonderful but the backyard is AMAAAZING. Huge yard, nice pool and hot tub, awesome landscaping/plants, plenty of seating and shade, etc. Dinner outside on the big table was great. The kitchen was great for cooking and the living room was nice too. Really loved the extra seating area outside of the living room. We also enjoyed each bedroom. Comfortable beds, etc. House was in a nice, quieter area and everything was nearby. A 5 minute drive got you to almost anything. Check in was easy too. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Great stay!

What a lovely house with tons of room in the backyard! The pool surface needs a little work as our feet were raw from walking around on a very rough surface for 5 days. Beware if you have dogs too, cactuses are everywhere in the backyard and we had to pull some thorns out of them for getting too close. both minor issues, but something to be aware of. Everything else was terrific and thanks for having us. Loved it!

Casa colores in July.

For several years I have been bringing my dog to PS from LA on the weekend of the 4th of July. I always rent ahold with pool because the temps always reach 110+F. The pool’s are always refreshing way too cool off.NOT THIS HOME! The pool was HOT the entire time. I reached out to customer service, they blamed it on the heat- but I come to PS every year during this time and never have a problem with the pools being warm. This especially contentious for me because this is the highlight of my trips to PS.

Great stay in Palm Springs.

This property is about 5 min from the airport. We had 4 adults and 2 kids stay in this 3 bedroom property with plenty of space. The backyard, pool, pool spa were the highlights. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked at home several nights during our stay. There is a washer and dryer in the garage that is perfectly functional. My only complaint is that the dishwasher wasn't amazing. The dishes would come out semi clean. As a result a lot of the dishes needed to be handwashed before use. If they had true glasses instead of plastic lookalike cups I would say this property was perfect.

Exceeded our expectations

Where do I begin? My husband and I booked CASA COLORES for a few days of peace and quiet away from our children and that is exactly what we got. Casa colores is a home away from home. It was spotless upon arrival and it had everything we needed and much more. We felt like we were staying at a boutique hotel! The neighborhood was welcoming, the interior and exterior decor was vibrant, the layout was perfect, and the pool was exquisite. We spent upwards of 3 hours each day in the partially shaded backard and pool and was a perfect option to escape the 110+ degree weather. The home is close by tons of eateries, shops and downtown. At the end of our trip, it was hard to say goodbye. The home has set a new standard for what we expect of a rental house in the future. If you're looking for the perfect vacation house, look no further. This is it!

My communication with the Vacasa staff was very good and I appreciated their professionalism and follow thru. A thanks is deserved for their time troubleshooting the problems that we ran into during our stay. That being said, this property needs some underlying issues resolved, mostly the electrical wiring in the home. The washer/dryer is listed as an amenity, but extension cords are haphazardly strung across the inner garage door entrance to connect these appliances to the only outlet working in the garage. You cannot open the inner-home garage door without running into waist light electrical cords. Pool light will not turn on. We pre-paid for pool heat but the heating on the pool and spa was uneven and then stopped completely until the pump was primed by pool man. A power outage affected the home before check-in. That is not Vacasa's fault. Once Vacasa helped get the refrigerator back up (the fridge breaker was not with the other breakers and not marked), the lights over the kitchen island would not turn on and the garbage disposal stopped working two days in. The bathrooms need upgrades including a hand held shower head that falls off its holder when turned on and sprays everywhere and guest bath enclosures that don't allow for easy entry/exit. Too expensive a rental for not being maintained well. Pros: big beautiful backyard, good location, safe neighborhood, good beds, pet friendly. Cons: not priced well for the maintenance issues it will have if not resolved.

Relaxing

Your home was small, but the yard was perfect! Relaxing precisely what we needed. Sunshine and pool time. We spent most of our time in the backyard. Two hiccups-one took us 20 mins to get into rental. Keycode Vassca gave us was wrong. Owner was super responsive and gave us a new code. The second is that the house runs hot. It has air-conditioning for day but at night its locked at 78. That might not sound warm but my family prefers to sleep in colder 68 at night and you cannot change it. Other than those two hiccups the house was great for our family of 5. Has a nice BBQ and stocked kitchen. 3 bedroom with comfortable beds in a quite neighborhood. We loved relaxing in your poolside home.

Beautiful yard but house had issues.

The yard was big and beautiful but many issues in the house not resolved even after many calls, txt and maintenance visits. If you pay for pool heat make sure they turn it on. We missed a day in the pool due to VACASA not turning the heat on. If you do use the pool you might want to bring extra towels since they only give you 3 old and thin beach towels. There were a few issues that only one was resolved while we were there. I think this house needs some love and attention to get it back to peak a 5star rating. And maybe it’s just worn due to its popularity but come on take the time to fix the issues. Be aware this is manage by a corporation not a local company and you don’t always get service.
