Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata in questa storia singola 2 letto 2 bagni proprietà completamente rinnovata. La nostra seconda casa è situata all'interno di una comunità gated sulla buca 12 del famoso TPC Stadium Course; uno dei 100 migliori campi da golf del mondo (Golf Magazine) e il 4 ° più duro corso in America (Digest Golf).

Il condominio è un unico livello 1330 sq. Ft. Unità con un open space completamente aggiornato con mobili nuovi ed elettrodomestici. Lavori di ristrutturazione includono nuove mattonelle 12x24, illuminazione ad incasso, quarzo piani di lavoro, armadi acero, nuovi vanità bagno, doccia piastrelle. Tutto è nuovo!

La tua casa vacanza è anche unica in quanto può ospitare comodamente 6 composta da un letto Cal re in ogni camera da letto e un divano letto queen size di memoria schiuma letto.

La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 6. Il soggiorno ha soffitti a volta, un 50 "HD TV a schermo piatto e ad alta velocità Wi-Fi. Tutto il necessario per sedersi e rilassarsi. La cucina rinnovato di recente ha un sacco di spazio di preparazione ed è completamente attrezzata per ogni cuoco, tra cui un acciaio frigorifero / congelatore in acciaio con acqua filtrata e distributore di ghiaccio, forno, microonde, fornelli a gas, lavastoviglie e macchina per il caffè.

C'è un patio situato fuori del soggiorno con un tavolo e 4 sedie per il caffè del mattino, oltre a due grandi sedie a sdraio per rilassarsi e guardare un po 'di golf.

La master suite ha un letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno con una vasca soaker, armadio aggiuntivo per l'extra storage e nuovo vanità doppio lavandino. La camera da letto principale ha il suo patio, che è ben situato sul lato posteriore della casa con vista sul fairway della 12 ° corso stadio TPC.

La camera da letto 2 include anche un letto matrimoniale con una vista sul cortile. Il 2 ° bagno completo è collegata alla camera per gli ospiti, ma anche accessibile tramite il corridoio. C'è un grande armadio e una nuova credenza fornendo un sacco di spazio per un soggiorno prolungato.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property during Stagecoach weekend! Very beautiful condo right on the golf course and very conveniently located to the concert and nearby restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed here with a few friends for a long weekend during Coachella. Not only was it very close to the festival grounds, it was a great property with comfortable beds, access to a community pool just a few houses down, and a beautiful view of a PGA West golf course. The hosts are very dedicated to making your stay as seamless as possible, responsive, and happy to help. Will definitely be booking with them again!

Perfect place for a golf get-away in lovely La Quinta. We fell in love with the area last year and this unit was perfect for a week of golf and sun. Very clean and airy with fantastic view of the action on the Stadium Course. Will book again for sure!

Ken and Meredeth's condo was the perfect option for an extended stay during the BNP Paribas tennis tournament. The unit was clean with all of the essentials. Everything was as described. We greatly appreciated Ken and Meredeth's communication prior to and during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Family of four had a great day at this property. Communication with the host was excellent. Our family was very comfortable with two bedrooms and two king beds. The community is beautiful with several heated pools with hot tubs that we enjoyed daily. Fantastic patio with beautiful views of the golf course. Frequent hummingbird visitors! The place was well stocked and very clean. The only small hiccup was no smart TV for viewing our streaming services, but cable was available.

Me and my husband, along with my elderly mother rented the condo over Thanksgiving week. What a pleasure it was to stay in a beautiful, well stocked, spotless condo, surrounded by the 13th hole on the patio side of the property. The complex is quiet and very well maintained, with flower beds full off blooming petunias and snap-dragons. Ken responded immediately to my questions, none having to do with the condo, since everything was perfect: soft sheets, comfortable beds, roomy showers, gorgeous, up-to-date kitchen with new appliances. They took the time to put together a reference book featuring local interests and eateries. We will definitely be staying there next time! Thank you Ken and Meredith.

Lovely accommodation. Very clean, nicely stocked in the kitchen from cookware, dishware and enough condiments to get you started. Much appreciated. Comfy bed and nice quality linens. Loved the fluffy towels! Owner very responsive. Again appreciate the quick responses. Would recommend and rebook this unit.

Our family had a great stay. The unit was very clean, the owner was very informative, check in was a breeze, the kitchen was well outfitted, the view from the patio was spectaculars, the pool was very close and an added plus was a lemon tree just off the patio.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ken’s home on the Stadium Course. The unit was extremely clean, updated and very comfortable. It has all the essentials you need for either a short or extended stay. The patio gets warm sun most of the day and it’s just a few steps to the community pool. We hope to be back again.

The condo was perfect for me and my husband, for a 6 day golf trip. Exactly as advertised. The sunrise view is amazing. We enjoyed the pool as well. Felt secure in the Stadium gated community. Ken was very responsive. Bed was comfortable, as were the couches. Would definitely stay again!
