Perfect for Coachella weekends, Joshua Tree day trips, or poolside entertaining with up to 8 guests and one dog.

    The Space:

    The living room features plush seating, a smart TV, and an electric fireplace under high ceilings. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, full cookware, and a large island with barstool seating. The dining table seats 6 guests. The garage has been converted into a tiki bar for entertaining. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and TV. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and TV. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the common areas. The outdoor space includes a pool, spa, gas firepit, shaded dining table, and multiple lounge chairs with mountain views. Washer and dryer are in-unit. WiFi and streaming services are available. Parking for 3 vehicles. One dog welcome with fee.

    ☀️ Summer days are made for poolside lounging and evening dips under the stars.

    ❄️ Winter guests enjoy the heated pool and hot tub with crisp desert air and firepit gatherings.

    Check-in details will be provided before arrival. Parking for 3 vehicles is available: 1 car fits under the carport and 2 in the driveway.



    The Neighborhood:

    Demuth Park is a short walk from the home and features pickleball courts and green space. Downtown Palm Springs is less than 10 minutes away, where you'll find vintage boutiques, interior design shops, art galleries, and restaurants along the main shopping district. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is 25 minutes from the house. Hot springs, golf courses, and spas are scattered throughout the area. Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella are both within day trip range.



    Getting Around:

    Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 10 minutes away. Downtown Palm Springs is less than 10 minutes by car. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a 25-minute drive. Joshua Tree National Park is about 45 minutes east via CA-62.



    Other Things to Note:

    🐾 Pets welcome! $35 per pet per night. Maximum of 1 dog allowed. Please keep your pet leashed and pick up after them to avoid fines.

Great house! Perfect for kids and a dog. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare Thankgiving dinner. Pool and spa were fantastic and it's a great location close to some hikes and a park.

Great, relaxing getaway!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, and made the most of the well stocked kitchen, the grill, pool & jacuzzi spa. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood but within easy driving distance of the downtown area, which was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

This home was everything we needed and more. Every corner of the house was thoughtfully curated to create a perfect vibe, making it so easy to settle in and enjoy. The Perfect Palm Springs Home

Five stars for this wonderful house. We've visited many rental homes over the years and this one was definitely the most well-stocked we've seen. The owners thought of everything that visitors will need. The decor is beautiful and quintessential mid-century modern. Highly recommend!

Girls' Getaway

A group of four girls flew in from different parts of the county to stay for a week in Palm Springs. The house could not have been more perfect for us! Since our flights arrived at different times the first group got to the house before check in and we graciously welcome for n early check in! The property manager was attentive and helpful through the entire week. We will be going back next year!

The best!

We loved this house! Very clean, comfy beds, lots of towels, lots of coffee, well stocked kitchen. It’s beautifully decorated and has such a fun multicolored lamp in the family room. There is great lighting touches throughout eg the bathroom light turns on when you walk in. The outdoor space is amazing! Beautiful pool and spa and lots of seating. Very well landscaped and has a beautiful Mountain View. We would happily stay here again!

Great House!

We had a great experience staying at this property! The house is immaculate and furnished/decorated incredibly well. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a simple meal or prepare for an elaborate dinner party. The property management company was responsive and easy to work with. As a previous reviewer mentioned - the backyard was a bit of a mess when we arrived. Lots of bird droppings all over the pool deck and things very dusty. I do realize it’s the desert and you can’t control everything...but maybe having a gardener do a quick clean up before guest arrival could fix this.

We REALLY hope to go back

The owners literally got everything right when they offered their home for a vacation rental. My family and I stay in a fair number of vacation homes and this was by far our best experience. For my husband: as a lifetime Air Force traveler, he has the highest expectations. Having everything we could possibly need in the home, and especially the kitchen which is his happy place, made the difference in his week. For me: I need bright, airy, clean, and comfortable spaces so that I can soak up every leisurely moment I can during our all too infrequent vacations. I was in my happy place. For our teen daughter and her friend: they were living their best lives! They spent their days “at home” in the pool and hot tub, and their evenings in their own rooms watching all their favorite shows on the smart TVs - a special note of thanks to the owners for providing logins to all the top streaming services! We all really enjoyed the week and hope to stay in this home again!

Overall Wonderful house

We love this house and all of the amenities. There was plenty of space for our family. We just wanted a couple days of quiet in the desert and the backyard was perfect with a view of the mountains.

Perfect Palm Springs House

We visited Palm Springs with two adult children and found this house to be perfect. The three bedrooms and two baths fit our needs along with the large kitchen space and fantastic outdoor area including pool and hot tub. The decor and finishes were beautiful like a private home , not a rental. Everything was clean and the location was quite convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Unless you like playing music outdoors (forbidden in Palm Springs) (of which we didn’t care) this is a first rate house to rent.

Comfy and classy place to relax

I stayed here with my sister and two cousins for a girls weekend. We had such a lovely time — spent long afternoons in and around the pool catching up; we cooked each night in the well stocked kitchen; we relaxed in the cool living room. Furniture and beds were all high quality and comfortable. It was really easy to set up TV. Place was near golf courses and a great park so some of us went for runs in the morning. Would definitely rent again and will seek out next time we are looking for a place to stay in SoCal

Our 2021 family vacation

This home is immaculate. The layout is perfection and the furnishings are so comfortable, whimsical, and fun. The kitchen was absolutely wonderful for cooking, and the pool/hot tub were beautiful. Five stars. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay in Palm Springs

My husband and I stayed at this rental for our anniversary. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean. I really enjoyed the detail and care that the homeowners put in to make this property unique. I would stay here again!
