Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, private workspace, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.
This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Driveway and street parking available for 2 vehicles.
• This home is equipped with four (4) external security cameras: (1) located above driveway and actively monitoring the driveway, (2) located on left side of home and actively monitoring the side of the home, (3) located on front door and actively monitoring the front entrance, (4) located in right side of home side yard and actively monitoring pool equipment.
• Pool and spa heating are included with your booking! To ensure the pool is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees upon your arrival, please provide at least 48 hours' notice, as it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Unlike the pool heat, the spa does not remain on continuously—however, you’ll have full control to activate it whenever you’d like during your stay.

A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world.
