This gorgeous luxury home is located in the exclusive and gated enclave of The Villas in Old Palm Springs. The Tuscan-inspired elegance of this extraordinary home will speak to those with a love of old world beauty and an appreciation of new world amenities.

The layout is perfect, with 4 bedrooms (all en-suite), 5 baths on two levels with over 2,600 sq. ft. of interior space. Downstairs, the bright, open floor plan is perfect for entertaining and features a soaring, two-story fireplace, a fully stocked chef's kitchen, and the 4th bedroom that is utilized as an office with futon bed.
The best feature of the home is in the yard where you can enjoy dinner al fresco under the pergola or relax by the custom outdoor stone fireplace, all while taking in the stunning mountain views.

Back inside and up the beautifully tiled stairs, you will find the 3 guest ensuite quarters, each with their own Smart TVs and private balconies with gorgeous views. The primary suite offers a King size bed and boasts a fireplace, large walk-in closet, and a fully updated en-suite bath with travertine floors, jetted tub, and oversized dual shower. The other two guest bedrooms, feature king size beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk in showers.

This home is truly a gem. It’s beautifully decorated and the location can not be beat. It is just steps from the community pool and picnic/BBQ area and just a 5-minute walk to the heart of downtown Palm Springs. For hikers, there are many trails nearby and if you’re lucky, you get to see bighorn sheep!

The Villas Community features two pools, spas, bocce ball court, and a picnic/BBQ area. Perfectly located in the heart of vibrant downtown Palm Springs with its restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment, you will most certainly fall in love with this truly special place.

Refundable Utility Deposit
The total rent includes a Utility Deposit of $1,000 refundable per month.
The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00.
