The gorgeous primary bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet, separate walk-in shower, a soaking tub, and sliding glass doors that open up directly to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, closet, and tiled shower.

Guest Access:

Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.

Restaurants, cafes, grocers and other neighborhood conveniences are all a stone's throw away. Excellent hiking trails are just outside the front door. This is the ideal location for those who want to be close to everything but desire privacy and seclusion.

Please note: This home is not child friendly due to the open layout of the infinity pool and drop to canyon. Due to it's location, this home is also susceptible to desert animals like bighorn sheep, coyotes, bobcats and more.



This home has security devices, a ring camera at front door a camera is facing the front yard and driveway.



Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage.



Interaction with Guests:

To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, all guests must complete a brief virtual check-in via Zoom or Microsoft Teams within 24-72 hours of arrival. Our team will contact you, typically during the week before your stay, to schedule this required appointment. During the check-in, we will verify the identity of the primary reservation holder, review local ordinances, and answer any questions. Please note that the guest who made and paid for the reservation must be the person checking in and must be at least 25 years old. For security and compliance purposes, access information will not be released until the virtual check-in has been completed.
