Relaxation won't be far away, as this modern home showcases a dramatic saltwater pool and spa with an estate-like feel and priceless mountain and city views. A blend of desert contemporary architecture, views, and funky art and decor make this residence the ultimate destination.

Featuring desert living at its finest, 'Luxury Palms Estate' is a 3,600 square foot residence with outstanding design elements that include, but aren't limited to the following: gorgeous marble flooring, expansive kitchen area, high ceilings, multiple hangout areas inside and out, and an open mountain landscaped view seen through the large sliding glass doors.

Luxurious appointments in the great room include a comfortable sofa next to a cozy fireplace and a formal marble-topped dining table that seats eight. The vast open living space is enhanced by thought-provoking contemporary art. The television room is easily accessible and open to the kitchen area. The large smart television offers Netflix, and there's also standard cable for enjoying sports and other braodcast shows.

Highlights of the open kitchen floor plan include a large island, granite, and stainless steel countertops, a stainless steel backsplash, and beautifully integrated cabinetry. This epicurean kitchen is perfect for mealtime gatherings or breakfast bar dining.

Outside you'll find wonderful amentites that include; outdoor dining, a gas-line bbq grill, misters, heaters, and a grand stairway that leads down to the resort style pool. The pool area offers a covered lounge area with ceiling fans and multiple areas to relax out of the sun. Across the other side of the yard, you'll find a bar area that also includes a bathroom with a shower.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $79 nightly or $395 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
