With 1,760 sq ft of living space, this home is ideal for families or groups looking for comfort and convenience in the desert.
Outdoor lovers will appreciate the home’s proximity to Ruth Hardy Park with tennis courts, playgrounds, and walking trails, as well as nearby hiking in the San Jacinto foothills. Golfers will find several top courses just a short drive away. The neighborhood’s central location also makes it easy to explore the entire Coachella Valley—from art galleries in Palm Desert to festivals in Indio.
Guests have full private access to the entire home, backyard, pool, spa, fire pit, outdoor dining area, bocce ball court, and 3-car garage. The home is self check-in ready with a smart lock for easy arrival anytime after 4 PM.
The pool and spa are yours to enjoy year-round. Heating is optional and highly recommended October–May ($75/day, arranged in advance).

The primary suite offers a king bed, en-suite bath, west-facing views, and Smart TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom has two twin beds—perfect for kids or friends. A washer/dryer and 3-car garage add convenience for longer stays.

📝 City Requirements
The City of Palm Springs requires:
A signed vacation rental contract (sent before arrival)
A copy of the responsible renter’s government-issued ID
License plate numbers of personally owned vehicles
ℹ️ Please Note
Palm Springs strictly regulates all licensed vacation rentals with the following citywide rules:
Occupancy limits must be respected
Good neighbor and quiet-hour policies must be followed
Homes must remain party-free
Bed tax (TOT) is collected separately if not billed by booking platform, as required by the city
Rentals of 28 nights or longer are exempt from TOT, but guests are responsible for all gas & electricity charges during their stay (meter reads at check-in/out). A utility deposit (separate from the security deposit) is collected in advance to cover these costs
