Just minutes away from the famous Palm Springs strip and casinos, you’ll be in the center of all that’s happening in our favorite desert city. You may not want to leave the house, though, since this home is equipped with full amenities and enough entertainment guaranteed to keep you busy for your entire stay. From a poker table to a game room (full with air hockey, billiards, ping pong, football and darts) inside, and mini-golf, a kid’s playground, and a pool and jacuzzi outside, you’ll have so much fun here that you won’t want to leave.

What a nice home. Lots of room for everyone. The heated pool was great as were the hot tub, outside fire place, swing-set and putting green. The kids loved it. We only stayed two days but would’ve loved to have been there for more time.

The rooms were perfect, everything was clean! Even the pool! We needed to get into the property earlier than i had originally planned and the host was able to make it happen, no questions asked. Every enjoyable experience!!

Perfect spot with lots to do

Friends on spring break

Two families traveling together for break. The house was perfect for our kids ranging from ages 7-15. Many games, activities, and the backyard was perfect. The weather was chillier than expected but the pool/hot tub warmed up nicely. Kids also had a blast in the game room.Host was easy to communicate with, and house was in an easily accessible location.

Fun! Fun! Fun!

A great house for staying with family for the long weekend. Kids had fun with the pool and adults enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen had good equipment since we cooked every meal.There was some airplane noise, but not noticeable in the house. Everyone loved the Poker room and there were lots of card games played around the table. There were some games on site as well. Be sure that all the play equipment is operational.

Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect house for a birthday celebration with just the girls. Less than 5 minutes from downtown and an easy drive to Joshua Tree, if you feel the need to leave the house. The house had everything we needed. A well equipped kitchen and an amazing backyard. We hated to leave the pool for the few trips that we took. Narek was quick to respond to all our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family getaway!

This property served as the perfect home base to explore Palm Springs. With a beautiful pool area and lots to do on the property, it’s a great place to relax and enjoy between trips to town. The neighborhood is nice and quiet - this property is great for a chill vacation. The space is equipped for larger groups with adequate seating and a well-equipped kitchen. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lacking details

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house! There were some details that we have noticed were not in tip top shape. This may sound a little negative and picky, but considering how much money we have paid for this week, this house could be much better. The mattresses are over used and not comfortable, one cozy chair in the kitchen is totally falling apart, there are two can openers and both didn't work, the pool cleaning net has more wholes than anything else, the decorative water fall lights were blinking, the wire pit housing was loose and wouldn't ignite. These few things would improve the stay in this house by a lot!

Enjoyable family getaway property

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here. It would work well for slightly larger families. This is one of the cleanest VRBO houses we've ever been in. The kitchen and BBQ are very nice....you can and should cook many of your meals here. It's pet friendly, which we needed, but still really spotless. The pool, game room, and poker table were just perfect for keeping our family entertained. All the pool equipment and appliances worked flawlessly. The property manager responds immediately to anything...truly exceptional! He sent some people out to fix a couple minor issues we brought to his attention. The neighborhood is a decent suburban track, just 5 minutes driving from most places you would care to visit in Palm Springs.

Wonderful property!

We were in Palm Springs for Spring Break. It was myself and husband, three adult children, and one 5-year-old. This place was perfect for us! The backyard oasis was a hit. My 5yo LOVED the playset, put-put, and pool! The adult kids thoroughly enjoyed the outside TV. We used the pool so much that it got a little gross by the end of the week. I emailed Narek, and he responded and had someone to the house in less than an hour of my email! We would definitely stay here again!
