Everything was as advertised

A nice space with abundant amenities. Pool and hot tub were much appreciated, kitchen Came with a good selection of pots pans dishes, utensils, and most importantly spices. One minor complaint would be that we couldn’t get the AC down as low as we would’ve liked. Would definitely return and would recommend to others.We had a great week in Palm Springs, a good portion of that was knowing we had such a great space to come back to at the end of each day.

Palm Springs get away

What a wonderful place to stay. Perfect location. The pool and backyard were so relaxing. The house had everything you could want. The beds were comfortable and all the rooms and baths well appointed. But really appreciated the response from hosts when we had a small hiccup. They were great. Would definitely stay again.

Casa Cajon 5 Star

We were a group of four colleagues in town for a conference. The four bedrooms provided plenty of space for our group and the house was perfect to hang as well as entertain clients.Beautiful well kept property. Anything you’d need in a house is there, spices, utensils, grill, etc. Very comfortable and accommodating.We used the property for work lodging but I could easily imagine using for golf trips or just to take the family for a few days.Best property I’ve ever stayed in. Close proximity to downtown Palm Springs, literally down the street from the airport and across the street from a large park.

Great stay

We had good time here. The property is located near the airport, easily to get to anywhere. It’s well equipped, we have everything we needed for the stay. Will definitely recommend it to others.

Great pool an spa, back yard well groomed and clean. Nice house and layout. Next to airport runway so you did hear a lot of air traffic. Beds and furniture were great. Nice home set up for larger families. Could have been a little cleaner in bath rooms, but nothing bad. I’m just a little picky about that stuff. Well stocked with all the amenities for cooking, pool toys, and a great pool table. Over all a 4star week with my family.

Wonderful, spacious, and fun property!

Huge property for 5-7 friends with spaces for TV watching, pool playing, cooking, dining in groups. Pool was heated upon requested and received lots of sun. Kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. Plus an outside grill! I would rent this property again.

Very enjoyable!

All of us really enjoyed this rental property. The decor was fun and matched the house perfectly. The house had everything we needed including small things like trash bags and coffee filters. The record player is a nice touch that we all enjoyed as well. It was very clean and matched the photos online very well. We all agreed that we’d love to stay here again.

Truly feels like a home away from home

My cousins and I rented this property for a family reunion, and we all agreed that we would definitely stay there again in the future. Being located so close to the airport, my biggest fear was that we’d hear loud airplane noises—but we were pleasantly surprised to hear none! Checking in was quick and easy. Teri was there upon arrival and warmly welcomed us to the home. Throughout the trip, she was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had—Thank you so much, Teri! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and convenient location. Everything was within a 15 minute drive, making grocery runs quick and easy. The house itself was big enough to comfortably fit all 7 of us, and it was stocked with all the amenities you could ever need! Thank you to the hosts and Teri for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

Relaxing week in Palm Springs

We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the pool and hot tub, learned to play pool, had family movie nights on the big screen. Easy to pick up groceries in the neighborhood, backyard BBQ was really good as well. Hiking trails nearby were great. The house is bigger than the impression I got from the pictures. Would stay again for sure.

A Palm Springs gem

Oh my gosh, we absolutely LOVED this property. The owners have put so many lovely touches throughout. The pool and spa were amazing - and properly heated upon arrival. The whole back yard is a relaxing retreat. We spent our entire first day just relaxing and soaking up the Palm Springs vibe. The house had everything we needed to cook delicious meals and just chill out with each other. The pool table was an especially nice touch; I believe my 14 year old is still owed a few dollars in winnings. The neighborhood is close to grocery stores, pharmacies, a fine foods market and many restaurants. We will absolutely be back to stay at this property.

Incredible home with a taste of nostalgia

This is an amazing home; beautiful exterior, well manicured landscaping, peaceful fire pit lounge area, and lovely relaxation hot tub & pool. The first thing that caught all of our eyes were the astounding citrus trees!! Incredible grape fruit, lemons, and oranges. The interior included a well decorated home with every ingredient necessary for an exciting family game night, especially the pool table. We were a little hesitant about our trip due to the new non-amplified noise ordinance in Palm Springs, but as long if we didn't create excessive, loud noises we were fine. We even cooked a large holiday meal during our stay and every utensil that was needed was readily at our fingertips. Both the home owner and the local property mgr had great communication and was always available for any questions or concerns. I 100% recommend this property and will definitely be staying there on future trips. #ThankMeLater

Wonderful stay!

This lovely home was perfect for our family this holiday. Close to golf, pickleball, hikes, and town. We've rented many homes over the years, and this house was so "stocked" with all your needs. Both kitchens and baths! Great pool and hot tub. Not much to complain about here...

Peaceful Getaway

This was a lovely and peaceful getaway for our family. The house was adorable mid century modern with some nice updates. The layout was exceptional for our family. And the pool/hot tub was amazing!! We paid extra for the heated pool and it was worth it. Also loved the record player. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic house - will definitely come again

This house is beautiful, clean and quiet. We were so pleased. The pool was lovely and the house itself really allows for relaxation or for people to work if needed. The beds were comfortable. Even though there were four of us, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. Conveniently located, easy to find and our host, Teri was easy to communicate with and thoughtful. There was even a bottle of wine left for us. This will be our go to place in Palm Springs!

Unfortunately we did not make it to the house due to some issues with our airline, however the communication with both the owners and the property management company was very prompt and friendly! Annual Family Vacation!!

Came back to PS after spending our time in LQ - must say its nice to be back. Loved the property - the decor the ease of everything. Loved the backyard - very spacious - you dont feel enclosed. Wish we were there longer - will definitley try and book again for next year. Owners/Prop Mgr - very accomodating and friendly!

Perfect stay! Loved everything about it!

We loved our stay here and would stay again in a heartbeat. The place was nice and big with everything we needed. The lawn games and pool table were great for entertaining. Steve was a very thoughtful host. We payed extra to get the pool heated and it was the best decision as it got a bit chilly out. All in all, we highly recommend!

Fabulous Palm Springs Getaway

Firstly, this trip was supposed to be for my bachelorette party. I say supposed to because the day before we were set to leave, three in my party tested positive for Covid. So, EXTREMELY last minute I reached out to the property in a panic to try and move the dates to try and save our trip. I want to say they got back to me with options for rescheduling in less than two hours. They provided with me two alternative dates, one with virtually no price difference. I can't say enough about how much I appreciated that they not only allowed us to do this, but making it so painless also. They exceeded my expectations before we even stayed at the property! Fast forward two weeks and we finally make it to the house. It's super convenient to Palm Springs airport, only about a mile and a half away. We had no trouble Uber-ing the entire time here. Upon arriving to the house we were greeted by a sweet note from the owners and a bottle of Rose...a very nice gesture. We loved the hot tub and pool, and spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the sun. I've stayed at quite a few home rentals and I was impressed with the amount of supplies in the home. Things like trash bags, aluminum foil, coffee filters, laundry and dish washer detergent were all there for us to use. A great perk when you consider that its something you usually have to purchase. All rooms were well appointed and comfortable, as well as stocked with fresh pool towels. If you love records, take advantage of their sweet turntable and little record collection, just make sure you don't accidentally play the music outside like I did briefly! I wish the knobs for the outdoor speakers were labeled as you aren't allowed to play music outside, which is a bummer but I get it. Overall, we had a great stay here. It was stylish (cactus cups for pool) and fun (water toys, pool table) and conveniently located to downtown Palm Springs (probably 10-15 min) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and being so flexible with our party!
