Pool heating is charged at an additional rate of $100 per reservation night. Spa-only heating is included in the nightly rate. Please, note this represents the actual cost to heat the pool; this is not an upcharge we profit from. The heating of the pool must be purchased for the entire duration of your stay or not at all. Pool maintenance is conducted twice per week, usually Tuesday and Friday afternoons. We always instruct our workers to work as quickly as possible, but they do need access to the property weekly and this may occur during your stay.
