**City Of Palm Springs Rental rules:**

- NO MUSIC OUTSIDE OR LOUD NOISE (**including music coming from inside the house to the outside**) This is a standard rule for all vacation rentals per the City of Palm Springs.

- Noise from property must not exceed 40 decibels at the neighboring property line after 10PM

- Max Vehicles 4 per Rental & Must Provide Plates.

- All Guests Must Sign Statement of Rules and Regulations Provided by City.

- Good Neighbor Brochure Must Be Signed by Primary Occupant.

-POOL/SPA HEATING
The pool/spa can be heated for a fee of $100/day with a 3 day minimum. Please message your host prior to arrival as the pool takes 24 hours to heat.

- Signed copies of Statement of Rules and Regulations and Good Neighborhood Brochure must be posted on the inside of the front door and the primary door to the backyard, or in a conspicuous location near each such door.

- Trash should not be stored in the public view, except on pick up days.

- All persons must be of at least 25 years of age unless accompanied by parents or legally authorized supervising adult.

- A daily occupancy of 14 people max, 8 people overnight.
