Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool and comfortable throughout, and room-darkening shades will provide everyone with peaceful rest. Feel free to bring the family dog along to bask on the furnished balcony! One bedroom features a desk workspace and a balcony completely private to the room. The main bedroom of the home features a private entrance to the main balcony and an extensive en suite bathroom. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy check in and check out. The amenities were as they described. Wonderful area to stay in Palm Springs you are within short driving distance to all attractions,restaurants, and shopping.

Very nice

Well cared for; clean; nicely located. Did initially have some difficulties with the heating, but they responded quickly and had it repaired. We would go back to this condo.

Everything you need close to downtown

This second story condo is in a great location and has everything you need. Kitchen included pot and pans, and complete dinnerware. Living room and balcony were great for kicking back. Grounds were well maintained with pool and hot tub.

Overall a great experience

The unit was great. A/c worked very well. Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was very calm at all times. Everything was pleasant. Location was great. I enjoyed my stay very much. My only complaint would be an odd smell in the condo that never seemed to go away. I still recommend staying here because for the price, location, and atmosphere, it is definitely worth it.

Not bad, but not great

Check-in was tedious/inconvenient. Heat was out for 2 days - bad communication as the fix was being scheduled. Sliding doors to patio were hard to open. Dirty area rug in kitchen and living room. Bed was comfy. Location is great. Home was overall pretty clean. But when I spend a couple thousand to stay somewhere, I want it to be near perfect - and this was not. Won’t be back.

Very Quiet location, but important things overlooked

The beds and living room couch are not comfortable. Door code provided was wrong so had to call standing outside the rental in the dark. Key to the pool area not provide. Master bathroom shower and sink did not drain well. No hot water in the kitchen sink. Location and square footage of the rental were the positive attributes.

Great little place for the price

We were here for 17 days in October and it worked well for our needs. Furnishings, bedding and kitchenwares are simple but worked for us, and were in line with our expectations as one of the lowest cost units we could find. I rated this experience a 5 star based on those expectations met. All of the windows and doors do need servicing. They were all difficult to open and close, had loose screws on the handles and some screws were missing. I would say that was the only thing needing attention. We quickly fell in love with the neighbor and her dog, and daily walks became a thing! :-)

Very Quiet but could have been cleaner

The casita location was very quiet and that was just what we wanted once we cleaned it to our satisfaction. The cleaning crew could have done a better job to prepare the place. Some examples: the coffee pot was dirty, there were dark hairs on the sheets, the water filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced, etc. Because of this, we decided to wash all the bedding and wash the glasses and dishes in order to be sure things were clean. The remote clicker to open the gate to get into the gated community did not work, but we did have the code so we were able to get in. Written instructions on how to lock/unlock the front door, how to use the tv remote control, etc. would be lovely but we figured everything out. With better cleaning, this place would definitely be a five star location.
