Quando arrivi a "The Holiday Palms" stai facendo un passo indietro verso uno stile vintage Palm Springs della California del Mid-Century. La nostra villa è stata ristrutturata per aggiungere tutti i comfort moderni di oggi e un arredamento di Southern Cal 60's che pensiamo vi piacerà. Abbiamo una vista spettacolare della montagna di San Jacinto sia da ovest e una splendida vista sul campo da golf e sulle montagne a nord. Abbiamo 3 TV a schermo piatto. Un sistema stereo completo e WIFI collegati a tutti i dispositivi. Porta le tue app Nextflix, Prime o Cable, la configurazione sarà semplice. La TV via cavo è inclusa nel soggiorno.
La nostra villa è al piano di sotto e non ha vicini a sinistra che lo rende una proprietà molto privata e sicura. I servizi includono l'uso di piscina, spa, golf e tennis. La piscina e il parcheggio sono a pochi passi. Il nostro indirizzo Mesquite Country Club è solo un salto al centro di PS. Siamo vicini a tutto incluso l'aeroporto.
Siamo nuovi a Palm Springs, ma possediamo anche una bella baita a Big Bear, CA con oltre 50- 5 recensioni STAR. Vedi The Holiday Cabin (339660) VRBO Big Bear, CA su questo sito per leggere recensioni.

Nota per i golfisti: il nostro condominio è a soli 30 piedi dalla club house Mesquite dove raccogli la tua golf cart e sei pronto per partire. Non devi guidare da nessuna parte solo per afferrarti delle mazze e camminare sopra. Ci sono molti corsi di lusso a Palm Springs, ma per $ 44 per 18 buche è un ottimo affare. Inoltre c'è un putting green a soli 20 piedi dal patio non si può battere questa posizione!

Every thing was conveniently located. The condo was very well kept. The host were easy to contact and communicate with. The weather was in the high 70s just right for vacation. The host provided many options for eating and places to visit. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice condo and liked the fact that kitchen was well stocked. Joe and Carol were always available to quickly answer any questions. Nice location on a quiet street and easy access to the Preserve to take walks. A/C and heat controls easy to understand and manage. Nice neighbors upstairs.

Great location - all the conveniences of home

Nice, clean 2 bedroom condo-very comfortable. A quiet community with nice pool.It was in a great location for morning walks and a short drive to downtown Palm Springs. The owners were great to work with!!

Great getaway. Comfy inside, private patio, convenient location.

We needed some sunshine and warmth and found both here! We discovered colorful birds, and easy trails outside our ground level condo. The pool and hot tub were never crowded yet a nice place to gather. A large golf course is nearby and Palm Springs offers plenty of outdoor activities and restaurants. Joe and Carol were most helpful and gracious, and responded quickly to our questions.

Decent with some frustrations.

Loved the location, proximity to everything was nice. It had all the basic amenities, and we did enjoy the community pool several times. Issues we faced: check in was complicated and we were left waiting and waiting for someone to arrive with keys and gate passes. The WiFi never seemed to work. And the front door key code never worked which left us with one key to share for two rooms of guests.

Beautiful location in Palm Springs

We've stayed at Mesquite condos several times. The location and view from this condo was the best we've had. The putting green is 30 feet from the patio and the clubhouse is right next door (for non-golfers that does not pose a problem. It's still quiet). The photos shown in the listing are accurate. The condo has the original kitchen and baths that could use replacement, but hey, we weren't buying it. We were only renting. The kitchen was so well stocked, we couldn't possibly have used all that was offered :-). The owner was very responsive to a couple of very minor requests. What sells it is the location. We could walk right out of the patio and onto the public walking path that goes through the entire golf course and eventually connects to another golf course with public walking/biking paths. We loved waking up to that view of the golf course and mountains everyday! With birds singing right outside our window. I am a birder and went bird watching on this path daily. We will return.

Amazing place

From the start everything about staying here was a breeze , thank you Joseph for letting us check in early . We ran into an issue with the fridge not getting cold and he was very quick to fix our issue the next morning .. & was very understanding and I would definitely recommend staying here !!

Beautiful Palm Springs

We had a lovely stay at The Holiday Palms unit. The condo is decorated vintage Palm Springs and very welcoming. It is a quiet end unit on the golf course. The location is close to many fun places and activities. Our hosts were very gracious. We would stay here again .

Great Location, would come back!

Stayed with my husband and parents for 3 nights. We had a great stay and it had everything we needed. It was less than $10 Lyft ride to the main drag for food and fun. Pool was nice and relaxing as well. The owner was pleasant and responded quickly. Kitchen had most items needed to cook. Wish there were some ingredients like oil or vinegar to cook with. If there was one negative, it was the shower in the master bedroom going to molten lava hot, to cold and then back to normal on each shower I took briefly. Being in a multi-unit building I assume it had to do with people flushing or something. That said, it wasn't enough to deter a return.

Location is excellent, close to shopping and a short drive to downtown The golf course it is on is not well maintained, but is still pretty to look at. The furnishings are a bit dated, but the suite was clean and contents were as promised. Good value for the price

Holiday Palms for a perfect fit for our Holiday Plans!

We really enjoyed our stay at Holiday Palms over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. What a lovely place! We loved so much about this condo: the beautiful mountain and palm tree views from every window, how clean and spotless it was throughout and all of the extra touches that made us feel at home. I have learned from past experiences not to assume that every place will have good towels, nice wine glasses, enough plates or the right pots/pans in case we want to make something. Not the case here - this condo is beautifully stocked with everything you would need for a short or longer stay. We have rented other places in Palm Springs for years but this is now one of our top favorites. Thank you Joseph and Carol for sharing your cute condo with us!

A very well-kept condo in a great location.

Great location for easy Palm Springs area access, plus you can literally walk next door to play golf. We were met by Chris, who did a walk-through orientation with us and answered all our questions. A great place, and we will stay again.

Wonderful and perfect for relaxing weekend away!!

A girl friend and I stayed here for Veterans Day weekend and it was wonderful! Beautiful view onto the golf course, relaxing and quite day poolside (pool was heated and not freezing), and the place was cute and had all we needed for a calm getaway weekend. The place was very accommodating with additional features like multi-port chargers in every room and Roku. Plus, communication with the owner and getting settle was fantastic. We had information months ahead of time and they made us feel welcome to be in their home. Thank you for a great weekend!
