Despite a stated 4:00 PM check-in, we were not able to access a room until 4:45 PM, and only after proactively asking whether any room was available. We were then moved to a different room. Even after being checked in, our luggage did not arrive for an additional 45 minutes, requiring two separate trips to the front desk to have it sent up. As a result, we effectively lost our entire afternoon due to the check-in process.
The following day, our room was not serviced, despite texting housekeeping in advance to request service. We again had to contact the front desk to resolve the issue.
Additionally, the Upper level did not consistently deliver on the advertised promise of complimentary snacks and beverages three times per day. On multiple occasions, these offerings were not available. The Upper pool area was also not maintained to an acceptable standard of cleanliness.
Given the price point of this property, the overall level of service fell well below expectations. We would appreciate appropriate consideration or compensation for these shortcomings.
