Vibrant Getaway Condo 1 mile from Downtown Palm Springs

Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our colorful newly renovated 1,354sq ft one story condominium. The property contains 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spacious high-vaulted living room that has a view of the San Jacinto Mountains, a built-in bar nook, updated kitchen, and washer/dryer. The roomy master suite is separated from the other 2 bedrooms and includes a king sized bed, two closets, smart TV, desk area, and suite style connected bathroom. The two additional bedrooms and bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the unit to create a private suite for your guests. Other bedrooms offer queen sized beds, dressers, ambient lighting, full length mirrors, and televisions. The kitchen is newly renovated with quartz counters and stainless steel appliances, perfect for any cook! Kitchen is stocked with various appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, crock pot, toaster, electric tea pot, and hand mixer. The built in bar is equipped with a bartending kit/tools and various cocktail glasses. The living room contains a large reclining sectional couch, two additional sofa chairs, and a 65 inch smart television. The balcony that is accessible through the living room sliding door overlooks surrounding mountains and includes patio furniture to enjoy the perfect desert sunsets.

The property is within a resort style gated condominium community that is great for any getaway. Property amenities include: two pools and jacuzzi with nearby outside bathrooms and showers, several tennis and pickleball courts, grill area, club house, game room, workout room, sauna, laundry room, and resident carports. The game room includes foosball, shuffleboard, pool table, dart board and ping pong table. The workout room includes a treadmill, elliptical, and weight machine. This property is an upscale community that provides a safe and relaxing location great for guest(s).

This location is less than 1 mile from downtown Palm Springs, inviting you to indulge in its lively shops, restaurants, casinos, and theaters. Near the condominium it offers walking distance to grocery stores, gas stations, coffee shops, and local eateries. The property’s location offers a close vicinity to some of Palm Springs' most exciting tourist attractions. It is just a 5 minute drive from the Moorten Botanical Gardens, 5 minute drive from Palm Spring International Airport, 18 minute drive from the infamous Palm Spring Aerial Tramway, 25 min drive from the Cabazon Outlets, and less than an hour drive from Joshua Tree National Park.

Rita Ann was a responsive and helpful host and I can't say enough good things about the apartment.It's set up such that 2 families could stay, with enough privacy, as the rooms are on opposite sides of a central living room and kitchen area. The property outside is well maintained and the tennis courts, pickleball courts, pools and hot tubs are in excellent condition.As an additional note, more than one long term resident in this complex told me it was the nicest in Palm Springs and I certainly believe it.I highly recommend staying here and my wife and I will definitely be back.

Best location in PS

This condo is located in the best location…close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping centres, downtown, hiking trails and golf! The grounds and amenities are well cared for and very clean. The unit is well equipped, even has a high speed blender and air fryer. I would highly recommend a stay here.

spacious unit and great location.

We stayed at the property for the full month of Feb 2025. It was very spacious and a great location close to downtown and convenient to get to golf courses and the airport. Rita and Carlos were very responsive. The only negative was that the dishwasher didn't thoroughly clean the dishes and the clothes dryer in the unit didn't completely dry the load(clothes were still slightly damp)..

Perfect for our family

This condo was so perfect for our family (my husband and I, our daughter, son-in-law and our grandson). The layout provided privacy and the location allowed us to walk easily to downtown, several parks, grocery stores, etc. Rita was a great host, she was very responsive to any questions we had and outfitted the space with several pieces of child equipment and pool toys so we didn’t need to bring those things with us. We enjoyed our stay and will be back! Thank you.

Splendid!

We thoroughly enjoyed our four full weeks! Prior reviews say it well: beautifully decorated, comfortable seating and bedding, well-stocked kitchen, GREAT location, and Rita is consistently responsive and always upbeat! We would stay again in a heartbeat. We loved the pool, made great use of the exercise room and game room, and were amazed that the very well-kept tennis courts were rarely used! The mini-office space in the master bedroom is a bonus, as is the capacity to separate the "guest" rooms from the "master" room.

A gem

A true Palm Springs vibe to this property. Everything you could ask for in a fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a low key atmosphere in this condo community. Our host was friendly and quick to reply if we had a question. Location is perfect for walking, biking and hiking in the area. Would definitely recommend!

Nice Place to Stay in Palm Springs

We really felt comfortable and at home in the condo. Our communications with Rita were always friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the extras in the kitchen that made cooking easy. Lots of kitchen gadgets, excellent pots and pans & dishes. The big couch in the living room is great. The balcony is small, but gave us a chance to be outside. The decor is very Palm Springs and happy. It’s a wonderful base for exploring Palm Springs. We had family at one time, as well as guests and entertaining was easy. Private space for both us & them. Highly recommend.

An escape to remember!

We spent a delightful month in this immaculate, tastefully decorated condo. The photos are very accurate. The furnishings, and the beds, are even more comfortable than one might expect. The fully equipped, well-stocked kitchen provided all of the cookware and appliances I needed to prepare a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and serve it with style. The gated-community is friendly and also very clean. The location is fabulous. Just far enough from retail, the condo complex is quiet, traffic to enter or exit is not an issue. A short walk in any direction leads to some kind of shopping/eating establishment and sites to see are easily accessible as well. The unit is spacious and the three bedrooms allow for privacy when needed. I found it comfortable to work remotely from the built-in desk in the master bedroom where a closed door allowed others, watching the World Cup on the large living room TV, to interact with their entertainment and not be heard on my Zoom calls. The Wi-Fi was completely reliable. The gracious host has truly thought of everything and the amenities reflect her attention to detail. I highly recommend this property, a wonderful welcoming place that makes one feel at home, the minute you walk in the door! Thank you, Rita!

Wonderful condo

A great, freshly renovated condo. A very detail oriented and responsive host. Condo extremely well stocked with everything we could require from kitchen appliances and supplies to cleaning supplies, apartment setup including a balcany with nice furniture and barbecue. Our stay was 7 weeks in Q1 2022 and it was wonderful. Rita did a wonderful job renovating the unit and filling it with new furniture and appliances. This includes in-unit washer / dryer. The photos very accurately depict what you can expect. My adult children particularly appreciated reclining couch and massive television. The condo is part of a very nice community. Two pools, two hot tubs which we used daily. Tennis and pickleball courts are first rate and seldom used. Community is very quiet and welcoming. Parking is sun protected and steps from the front door. Gated community provides good security. Good location with easy walking access to CVS and Ralph's, bagel shop and an easy walk downtown. One guest remarked on moderate street noise in one bedroom with window open. Unit is 50 yards or so from Ramon but window does not face the street. Not a big deal. Overall ranking is excellent. Highly recommend. Thanks for a great spot Rita.

Winter Get Away

We enjoyed our month of January in Palm Springs. We had great weather. The condo location provided us easy access to downtown, dining, golf and hiking. The condo kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We made use of the pool and hot tub and met a number of other seasonal visitors. We did have issues with warm water and a water leak, but the owner responded quickly and was attentive to the problems.
