Make sure you set aside some time to take a ride on the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, transporting you over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. The second is mounted on the front corner of the house, actively monitoring the front yard and parking area. The third is mounted on the doorbell, actively monitoring the home’s entrance.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 10-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
