“My sec time vacation for my bday in Opal resort . Booked last min.however ,the Hotel restaurant " Drift " bartender not nice .We had dinner at bar not even once bartender greeting . No service . no water for us.very mean . ruined my bday . $5300 flight with 3 nites hotel are not worth it this time. Won't go back again ”

“Parking was very poor for the amount of rooms. Had to constantly try to find parking and sometimes not close to my room. A bright outdoor lamp shown through the “black out” curtains.
Outdated room air conditioner- in my suite. Others had mini-splits. So those should be upgraded.
The mattress was not very comfortable but somehow got a good nights sleep.
Location is best amenity. ”
