“Our room had hair on the bed and bathroom door when we got there. We asked for new sheets multiple times and it took hours before they came and replaced them. They refused to provide water bottles to us. The workout room was extremely sub-par. Our luck coldest weather in years in Florida down to the 30’s. Now I know humans have no control over the weather this is handled on a much higher level and Florida doesn’t typically need heat so the suites do not have heat.
