Vacanze a Palm Valley

I called multiple times on having no housekeeping and attempted to address with their team. I was told to "remove my dog" by one manager day 2. He was crated when not in room per their policies. No cleaning/towels again day 3. I did remove dog for 5 hours day 4 to have room cleaned as it was "full cleaning day" No service at all. Escalated issue. Property management didn't support or respond. Day 5 escalated again at desk after no cleaning. Apologies from an assistant manager with no solution. Day 6 they did services towels and 1 trash bin. Day 7 no cleaning service. Day 8 no cleaning service. Escalated again. We left day 9 with an assurance "they'll reach out no management on site". No reach out has occured and it's been multiple business days since. They then got a call from my ex husband and proceeded to speak with him without my authorization or consent. He was not on the reservation. Still no contact to me as requested. He didn't know our room number intentionally then had it post speaking with them. Security "on rounds" walked past people vaping at the non-smoking pool and didn't address or stop them on 2 separate occasions. As a parent to a child with Medical needs it meant amenities were not available to all guest as policy was enforced as they desired. Restaurant on site they advertise as "take out" but actually you have to walk there, order food, prepay then return or wait for your food. When I called to place an order they hung up on me.

The place was in decent condition, the check in staff was very nice. We needed an extra pillow and basically couldn’t get one because housekeeping said they were leaving for the day in 5 minutes. We went down to the front desk to get one and they said they couldn’t give one because housekeeping had left. So maybe have a way for the other staff to have access to housekeeping items Incase something is needed overnight. Also, the free breakfast buffet was a big let down. Mostly carbs and boiled eggs. The only source of protein was boiled eggs. It was very odd. No bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, etc. The pool area was nice. The rooms were well kept. The carpet seems like it could be replaced and the room had a moldy smell to it. Overall the stay wasn’t bad. Free parking and free breakfast are why we chose this hotel so based on the breakfast, we likely wouldn’t go back there for that.

Ottima posizione. Struttura pulita ed ordinata, anche se un po' datata. Il mio giudizio è comunque molto positivo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!!! La consiglio!!!!

Camera pulita, colazione buona, personale cordiale, tutti i servizi (ristoranti e distributori) nel raggio di 5 minuti. Comodissimo per andare ai parchi Disney con l’auto, nei giorni di capodanno sia la mattina che la sera siamo andati e tornati in 15 minuti. É disponibile anche uno shuttle su prenotazione. Consigliato

Et helt ok opphold. Fint med flere basseng og badeland område. Derimot var leiligheten møkkete. Oppvaskmaskinen fungerte ikke - så alt bestikk og asjetter/glads var flekkete. Det som virkelig trakk ned var alle utgiftene som kom oppå summen vi hadde betalt på forhånd; parkering, renhold på rom. Ikke lov å ha med seg mat/drikke ned til bade områdene - og veldig dyrt å handle drikke/mat der - bestilte f eks fire brus/smoothie for 50 dollar.
