The place always is a very cozy and calm, nice to be relax and get out of the daily rush with family. But, I had been there for 4 times and only once the pool restaurant was open. The only option to "buy" something to drink or to eat is practically from outside or the reception that they don't have much selection for drinks and practically nothing to eat during the day. And even they don't have practically nothing they keep their sings all over the place that "outside food or drinks aren't allowed" on the pool area and open spaces, they don't offer options and not allowed (on papaer) bring your own...but no one hasld tell me nothing in all of these years. For the rest, is a prefect place and even with that I will return again soon.

I had an incredible time at the Fairmont. The staff was fantastic, and the rooms were spotless. I chose to stay in the bungalow, which was incredibly cozy and private. The entire property was simply amazing. The pools, beach, restaurants, and casino were all top-notch. It was a truly memorable experience.

Booked this room for 5ppl for my daughters 18th birthday celebration. It was a dream! The garden was so relaxing and stunning layout with beautiful exotic plants. The layout was open and spacious. I did find throw up in one of the pots in the kitchenette. The reason for my 4 star on cleanliness. But doesn't matter because this place was worth it. Central location 10-15min drive to get any beach, restaurant, spa etc. 30-40 min drive to the nearest hiking paths and waterfalls. Isla Verde Beach was breathtaking. Id stay here over and over again.
