“This was the cleanest, kindest, and most efficient hotel I’ve ever stayed at on a budget. I would’ve expected to pay double for such a fantastic place. The hot breakfast was phenomenal, they even have a yogurt dispenser and all sorts of toppings so you can make a parfait. An automated fancy coffee dispenser as well! The airport shuttle arrived very quickly, and the driver was personable, and very professional. I felt very safe on the shuttle and in the hotel, even though I was arriving past...

“The room was clean and everything looked great. My only issues were that the bed was too firm so I wasn’t comfortable and the shower head was clogged so it had poor water pressure.”

It still somehow manages to get good ratings on Expedia. But how? I would have never chosen this hotel if it matches to its actual rating which should be no more than 5. But somehow it has a rating of 7.8”
