The building and the rooms are pretty new with all the comforts.

Full Story: Look, I’m a reasonable traveler. I’ve stayed in budget motels before, and I know that sometimes nature finds a way indoors. When I walked into my room at the Super 8 in Ellenton after a long day at the beach, and a cockroach decided to take a stroll across the pillow, my family and I were definitely grossed out. “The rooms were nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom, however, needed some work. The toilet wouldn’t flush unless you kept the handle down the whole time, the door didn’t close unless you really pushed it hard. I reached out of the shower to get a washcloth Off the shelf and when I looked at it, there was black mascara on it. It had never been cleaned from the previous occupants.”

“Check in is a kiosk. There isn’t anyone present in the lobby. Your key cards are provided by the machine. The staff that cleans and puts out the breakfast items are great! Breakfast is mediocre. The pool was dirty and not taken care of very well. The one thing I can say good is the beds were very comfortable .I was, overall disappointed in this hotel. I would not stay there again.”
