Molto raro! Adorabile Cottage su Snead Island, Boat Dock & Beach 250 ft.

Snead Island è circondata dal fiume Manatee e da Tampa Bay e collegata alla città di Palmetto da un piccolo ponte. Pesce per spigola, dentice, snook e cernia nel fiume e nella baia di Tampa e nel Golfo del Messico.

Questo adorabile cottage di Snead Island è immerso in 2 splendidi acri di maestose querce, aranci e palme da cocco all'apertura di Tampa Bay. Il cortile ha bellissime querce meridionali. Recentemente arredato con camere da letto molto pulite e confortevoli, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, cucina completa, lavanderia annessa e una veranda chiusa schermata. Il bagno ha una cabina doccia e l'ingresso posteriore è accessibile ai disabili. Continua giù per la shell drive a 250 piedi dalla porta posteriore su un molo di 100 piedi per rilassarti, osserva i delfini e goditi il sole che tramonta sul fiume Manatee. Una scivolata in barca di 35 piedi è disponibile anche per un piccolo costo aggiuntivo, acqua ed elettricità forniti. Appena a destra del molo, c'è una piccola spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca, per nuotare, andare in kayak o semplicemente rilassarsi sulle sedie a sdraio, sotto un bellissimo albero di mangrovie.

Il mondo esterno di negozi, negozi di alimentari, centri commerciali e ristoranti sul lungomare sono tutti raggiungibili in 15 minuti di auto.

Emerson Point Preserve Beach Park da 365 acri si trova a pochi passi a piedi o in bicicletta sull'isola. Ci sono piste ciclabili, percorsi natura e birdwatching, un lancio in canoa e kayak, spiagge di sabbia bianca per nuotare, pescare, tavoli da picnic, barbecue, servizi igienici e una torre di arrampicata per una vista incredibile sul ponte skyway del sole e sul golfo del Messico. Gli animali al guinzaglio sono i benvenuti nel parco e sulla spiaggia per nuotare. Un ottimo posto per rilassarsi e sentirsi come se fossi tornato indietro nel tempo.

Visita il centro culturale di Sarasota, St. di fama mondiale Armand's Circle; meno di 1/2 ora a St. Pietroburgo e i negozi al dettaglio di Bay Walk; meno di un'ora per l'eccitazione del centro di Tampa: o 1. 5 ore per Walt Disney World, Sea World, Universal e MGM Studios. Festival di pesce e molte altre attività divertenti si svolgono settimanalmente a Palmetto e proprio di fronte al ponte a Bradenton.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was spot on with check in and check out. Nice clean cottage but FYI the owners are on property. Honestly we never saw them. The Tiki bar is the place to be. If you fish this is the spot, snook everywhere under the dock. We will probably go back with friends.

The property is in excellent shape and in a wonderful location on the Manatee River, just a few steps from the Dock, Tiki, and the water. It was so pleasant to see that Snead Island is still a peaceful place without the hustle and bustle of nearby Bradenton. I would recommend it to anyone ! This was my second year in a row visiting and the hosts (Bev and Len) were absolutely the greatest and so, very friendly. I look forward to yet another stay in the months to come !

Nice property on the Manatee River with a dock and kayaks that are available for free use. Emerson Point Preserve is beautiful with hiking/biking trails and lots of birds. Everyone was very friendly. Lots of dogs on site since the owners rescue dogs.

Unfortunately the island had been devastated by Hurricane Helene. I am originally from this area, I expected what I saw on the island. With that said, the cottage was perfect for me and my pups! Bev was great to communicate with. I will definitely stay here again! This area is resilient, as it always has been. I will always support locals. I can’t wait to see how beautiful it will be on my next trip

My husband and I (plus 2 fur babies) enjoyed a long weekend away in snead island. We used the provided Kayaks and indulged onn the mango tree too. Cottage had all necessary amenities.

This property was everything that I expected and I had a wonderful time. The Hosts were very, very friendly as well. Everything in the property listing was accurate, the scenery was wonderful and the Cottage was perfect (and in a perfect location for me). I needed some time away from my regular day-to-day activities and this gave me a place to simply relax and enjoy all that the gulf coast of Florida has to offer. Thanks for your hospitality! I would definitely wish to stay at this property again either later this year or next Spring!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage on Snead Island! It is certainly the most dog friendly place we have ever stayed. Len, Beverly and Smiley Miley are fabulous hosts and we couldn’t have felt more welcome and at home.

Unfortunately, we had several issues with this tired property, The home owners who live on the property tried to remedy the situation unfortunately we had to leave 5 days ahead of our scheduled departure. They were nice enough to refund us. The Tiki bar was nice and shared with several friendly renters. The dock was nice but unfortunately so many dock lines and full slips made it difficult to fish off of. FYI no dishwasher. My mistake for not catching it on listing.

This is a great location.... the beach themed cottage is perfect.. very clean! If you love to fish or just enjoy being by the water this is the place. Bev is a welcoming hostess. This is my second stay and I will definitely return!

We booked this trip for my husband’s 50th birthday so we could attend the Bucs vs Eagles game. We decided to stay someplace out of the hustle and bustle of the popular areas. Snead island is a nice getaway. We were super close to the nature reserve which was a cool surprise. We ventured to Gulfport for a boat tour and also Bradenton for a night out. St Pete was about 30ish min drive. In Palmetto, be sure to check out Dee’s for breakfast. The cottage was situated on the front of the owner’s property. We honestly hardly even knew they were there. They were very communicative through the booking process as well as the stay. The dock was a very short walk around the owners home. The property/area is pet friendly. We are animal lovers so it was not a bother to us at all. The owners dogs were secure in their home and we barely even knew they were there. The house was everything we needed. The floors are a little wonky, but it didn’t affect our stay. We would totally recommend this home away from home 😊 Thank you again to Bev and Len for being gracious hosts!

The location is fabulous. It is a short walk on the property to the water's edge where there is a dock and a tiki to relax in. It was our go to place for wine at night. There is a preserve near by that is perfect for people and dogs. There are great walking trails, even in the shade, which is perfect for a dog in the summer heat.
