The house is located in the Mas Tomasí urbanization, just 3 km from Pals beach. It is a quiet residential area that will allow you to enjoy calm and tranquility without giving up the advantages of having shops close to the house. We access the main floor through the kitchen, recently renovated and fully equipped, which will leave you impressed with the incredible views of the sea and the natural landscape of the Medes Islands. The large kitchen leads us to an open space shared by the living room and dining room. The room is bright and tastefully decorated. The sofa can be transformed into a double sofa bed if necessary. On this floor we find two bedrooms, both with closets and storage space. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on top. Both bedrooms share a modern bathroom equipped with a shower. The exterior part of the main floor has three terraces. The first is equipped with a large table with the capacity to gather up to ten people and share lunches and dinners in company. The second terrace is accessible through the kitchen and is equipped with a table with capacity for four people, ideal for a breakfast with sea views when you wake up from your vacation. The third terrace is equipped with chill-out sofas for more relaxed moments.



Through some external stairs we access the lower level of the house where the private pool is located. The pool has a solarium area equipped with sun loungers, and also a chill-out sofa area and parasol. The pool area enjoys great privacy. At the same level as the pool, we find the lower part of the house which is equipped with a small studio-apartment that is independent from the rest of the house. In this room we find a double bed, a sofa bed and a small dining room with a kitchenet. It also has its own full bathroom with a shower, so this bedroom-living room can be considered a suite. This part of the house is ideal for combining a trip with several groups of friends, or several families, where they can enjoy time as a group but also have privacy and freedom separately.
