Ville a Pals

“We spent our week in Costa Brava at the terraced house in Pals. With my wife and 2 kids, we appreciated position (close to sea), the swimming pool, the villa and the familiar atmosphere we found.”

“Si la villa est bien située, proche du golf et de la mer, le confort interieur laisse vraiment à désirer: 3 chambres vraiment très petites, à 2 lits, avec un rangement insuffisant nécessitant de mettre des affaires dans le couloir. Les matelats et les oreillers sont tellement durs et inconfortables que nous avons tous ( nous étions 8) eu des nuits sans sommeil et des réveils avec des lombalgies. Dommage aussi de ne pas avoir plus de robots ménagers à notre disposition, mixeur, batteur...Quant...

“Buena ubicación, con un supermercado a 5 minutos a pie. Si bien está al lado de un camping, no se escuchó ni un solo ruido ni del camping ni del resto de vecinos. Piscina bastante grande en la parte delantera y con algo de espacio en la parte posterior. Nos sorprendió que tuviera dos plantas con entradas independientes: dos habitaciones, una sala de estar y un WC con ducha en cada planta, más la cocina en la planta inferior.”

“We had a lovley stay, and the house contained everything we needed. Super location near shop and nice stroll to the beach. If we were to point out something, then there should certainly have been air-condition in the other bedrooms. Luckily we avoided the worst of the heat wave, so our child «survived». “We had a nice stay in this house, but for the price we paid, some things should be better: - the bathrooms are very small and old. The walls are losing their paint and the showers were not very clean. - the house was promised to be cool inside, but it was very hot. We had to open all the windows to create a breeze to have an acceptable temperature. - the two person beds are small and not of great quality. - when we arrived there were a lot of ants in the kitchen and hallway. - overall there...

“10 minuten wandelen van het strand gelegen, dit huis met een hele fijne vibe. Prachtig uitzicht over bomen, gelegen onder mooie bomen waar altijd wel een verkoelende plek of zon te vinden is voor iedereen. Een klein zwembad, voldoende voor onze wensen met vaak het geluk van een briesje. Meerdere terrassen met mooie uitzichten. Het huis ligt in een wijk aan de rand, je hoort op drukke verkeersmomenten de auto’s van straat. Op de andere momenten is het muisstil. De Supermarkt op loopafstand....

“La maison et l’emplacement sont très bien mais quelques petits détails importants compte tenu du prix de la location gâche un peu le séjour : - absence totale de wifi dans les chambres du bas - odeur d’humidité dans les pièces du bas - vaisselles un peu limite en quantité et très dépareillée - le jardin n’est pas du tout entretenu - présence des fourmis dans toute la maison - absence de déco dans la maison Tous ces petits points seraient très faciles à régler”

“Nous avons passé un séjour extra à Pals, dans la Villa Vuelta. La maison est super bien équipée avec tout le confort nécessaire, la literie est excellente, les espaces extérieurs sont top (avant de la maison avec barbecue / transat / table pour prendre les repas, terrasse surplombant la piscine avec vue sur la mer, espace piscine…), la communication avec Jan a été fluide avant et pendant notre séjour. Bref un réel coup de cœur ! C’est notre 2e année à Pals et nous reviendrons sûrement l’an...
