Welcome to the Casablanca where you will fall in love with our private beach located in Alligator Point, Florida! Sand awaits your toes in this completely reconstructed home that looks and feels like new construction with its nickel gap wood walls, handcrafted wood-beam ceilings, and white-washed wide-planked solid wood floors. Upon entry, you are immediately greeted with views of sea oats and our snowy white sandy beach. The spacious open floor plan has a chef's kitchen inclusive of a double oven with gas stovetop, both a full-size standalone refrigerator and freezer, and an ice maker. Two pantries allow for plenty of storage. The beautiful 10-foot solid wood table opens to the spacious living room with a huge sectional that you can easily relax in after a "hard" day at the beach. The upstairs master suite with a king bed has a private balcony and a luxurious oversized shower that provides unobstructed Gulf views. The large downstairs master suite also has a king bed with a sitting area and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the beach. The third master suite with a queen bed is connected to a second family room that provides bay views and has a comfortable pullout sofa when an extra bed is needed. The west wing has a fourth queen bedroom with both gulf and bay views and shares a bathroom with the bay-view bunk room. Never-ending hot water thanks to the tankless Rinnai hot water heater. Enjoy outdoor dining on the covered back porch. There are two washers and dryers (one upstairs and one downstairs). We provide Free high-speed Internet. We also have 5 Smart TVs throughout the Casablanca.

Bring your fishing rods and boat! Our home is approximately 1.25 miles from the Alligator Point Marina and Tiki Bar, and just .25 miles from the boat ramp.

Getting in and out of the Casablanca is a breeze with its ground-level access. No lugging heavy coolers and baggage up flights of stairs! Come ready to unwind. You will soon discover why Alligator Point is Florida's best-kept secret!

The location is perfect! It’s close to everything and anywhere you would want to go . The home has a beautiful kitchen space . The beach is steps away from the back door . The views are amazing!! The upstairs balcony is the perfect space to read a book or watch the sunsets .

Family of 7 for a two week stay. Our second year at this location and we plan to go back. The layout of the house provides privacy when desired but also a great spot for family time together. The beach is a bit secluded and beautiful, away from the hustle & bustle of areas closer to Panama City. The house is very nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked for cooking. Large refrigerator and separate large freezer provide ample space for stocking up for large groups. Separate Ice maker provided ice for coolers for the beach. Owners are so easy to work with, very attentive/responsive. Great location: Angelos and Tropical Trader Shrimp Co. restaurants are about 15 min drive away and offer great seafood options. Crums is about 14 miles from the house and provided everything we needed for ocean or bay fishing. Mineral Springs seafood by the bay in Crawfordville offers great crab dips and fresh shrimp.

A Perfect Stay

First trip to Alligator Point and it did not disappoint. We chose this house based on photos and reviews. The house with its endless sunset views is more beautiful in person. The kitchen is perfect for entertaining. We sat outside in the upstairs balcony watching shooting stars. Its spacious and clean. The Owners are great. Answered so many questions for us during preplanning. A perfect stay! We had the best time.

Worth staying!!!

House is very accommodating for a large group. The commercial appliances are extremely helpful in holding all the food. We also enjoyed the commercial stove and the ice maker. The design of the house gives everyone some privacy.

Great family spot

Private, no issues, very family friendly area. Not a lot going on which is great for just hanging out at the beach. How was very spacious and well laid out. Kitchen was huge and great for staying in and cooking all our meals. Definitely will be back.

Moma"s 90th birthday

My family loved this house. The size of the house allowed everyone to have their own space when wanted. Most of the bedrooms are on the ground floor which worked out well. We spent meals and the evening in the large dinning area living space.The beach was wonderful, lots of shells, bird watching, walking, kayaking and fishing. Our mother loves the beach and this location is so much like the beach she and all of us were raised on. She was in heaven with all her loved one around her.

Friends Reunion

This was our first reunion of what we hope to be many! The house was beautiful, and the kitchen was gourmet with all the trappings for entertaining and dining. The dining table was large enough for most of us to gather at once and the bar stools made us complete. The weather was not ideal, but the spacious living room provided us plenty of room to socialize and play games while still enjoying the view. The dolphin were very active and we could see them all the time. Nikki was a responsive host and we lacked for nothing. We highly recommend!!

Perfect for families

This spot was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. I am from the area, so I already knew about the charm and tranquility of Alligator Point. But, I was not prepared for how beautiful and comfortable this home was. The remodel is absolutely gorgeous, and the layout is perfect for families offering many opportunities for “space” when needed. I hosted a large Christmas Day dinner and the home was well stocked with dishware to accommodate the gathering. Further, the walls of windows provide an amazing view of the Gulf and the bay, which only added to the ambiance of the occasion. You can literally see water from every room in the house. Highlights were definitely the view, the tranquil location, the TWO laundry rooms, and the expansive layout. In addition, the host was a pleasure to work with, and so accommodating. She even had the housekeepers put up a Christmas tree for our arrival! Also, when I had to inform her my two year old granddaughter had spilled milk on the sofa she handled it with such grace. So appreciated. We will definitely be back.

Luxury meets relaxation

Our visit on Alligator Point was perfect! This luxury home is everything it claims and then some. The home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The views of the sunrise and sunset are spectacular from every room! The host is very friendly and replies quickly to questions. If your looking for casual elegance, look no further!

Best place ever!

We’ve stayed in Alligator Point this time of year many times over the last 20 yrs. Our needs and groups have changed too so this location fit our needs perfectly. Each group had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely beautiful!

Huge kitchen/dining/living room! All the bathrooms were large and gorgeous! A TV room right off of the kitchen to keep kids close but not taking over your TV.😉 Overall a wonderful place to stay and the owners were always available for questions.

Amazing stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our brief time at this property. Unfortunately we had to cut our time short due to Hurricane Helene, but we still loved the property. Extremely clean, well taken care of home that came with a good amount of needed supplies (toilet paper, towels, beach towels, hand soap, etc). It was amazing being able to walk out to the beach, forget something, and just walk back, it is a life changer if you are traveling with kids. The host was very responsive to questions and concerns (…what to do about a Cat 4 hurricane barreling towards us…). We will definitely return, one of the best rentals that we have visited.
