Beautiful heritage property (you can’t miss it on arrival as it’s very popular with tourists for instagram!) with nice internal decoration. Spacious simple rooms with AC and fan. Breakfast is included and cooked fresh - juice, one hot dish and tea/coffee. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice enough place.

Excellent B&B in perfect location; rooms large and clean, good size bathrooms with lovely French style fittings and very clean. Highly recommend. Staff are excellent.

They messed up my colleagues reservation on checkin. Told us that visitors were not allowed in guest rooms which was never specified previously. Lied to us about the bar not being open - which the owner later told us was. While rooms in themselves were nice and clean overall attitude left much to be desired. Missed the "Tajness" which is why we booked in the first place.

I stayed at La Maison for 4 nights on a visit to Panaji and I am extremely satisfied. The room was amazing, the staff excellent and the location is simply perfect if you are looking for easy access to some of the town's nicest restaurants. When I return to India soon (Corona permitting), I look forward to staying at La Maison again.

Disappointing, smelly, noisy.
Disappointing property. Location next to sewage drain makes it smelly. On main main road makes it noisy. Dogs barking at night. Very basic facilities. The only positive was that our room was changed on request to a less noisy one on first floor, from the ground floor. Recommend staying near Kudle beach area rather than main beach at Gokarna.

My wife, daughter and I spent two nights at La Maison.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but the standout was the friendly staff especially Dominic and Arun. We wanted to stay in Panjim so this hotel suited our needs perfectly.It would have been even better if they had their restaurant and bar operational as well

This hotel is a boutique hotel that is probably 3.5 stars. The hotel is located in the Latin quarter which means it has a lot of character and a good location. The rooms are not large but the restaurant and lounge downstairs is quite nice.

Clean room, comfy bed, good location. The impression I got from this hotel was that a lot of money was put into renovating it, but it’s run without common sense. No one seemed to know what they were doing. The service at breakfast inspired us not to try their fine dining restaurant at night. There were a few annoying things, like they never gave us a new tiny bar of soap in 4 days, and they never told us there was a charge for bottled water at breakfast even though breakfast was included. It was clean, which is something, but entirely devoid of a “vibe”, which is why I’m just giving 3 stars.

Da das gebuchte Zimmer besetzt war, erhielt ich ein Upgrade. Sehr charmante Unterkunft mit sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Hotelmanager. Leider sind die Zimmer ziemlich ringhörig, was sich je nach Nachbar nachteilig auswirken kann 😊

Outstanding renovations done to an old Portugese house to convert into a boutique hotel. Staffs specially Mr Atul & Mr Sagar has been helpful for making our stay &visit memorable. Persons looking forward to Goa visit suggested to avail the opportunity of putting up in this property

Excellent location in heart of old Goa. Rooms small but nicely furnished and clean. Facilities in the hotel very asethically pleasing and comfortable except poor lighting for reading and writing in rooms and lounges. Low wattage flour globes used.

Staying in the Latin quarter of Goa
Beautiful property and lovely location; very convenient when you have your own conveyance. The staff were friendly and helpful but clearly two elements stood out - no hot water in the taps and the towels in this hotel need replacement. Easy problems to fix surely?

Great place, and great location in the heart of a now rejuvenating Panjim. Atul was very helpful and let us leave our bag in the bedroom after checkoutt time.Our only sort of " complaint" the hotel towels were old, grey and NEED renewing

Exceptional stay
Excellent heritage hotel in a lovely area. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable the decor was of a very high standerd. The staff were friendly and very helpful with everything I would definitely stay here again

Terrific stay in Panjim!
We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s location and service were fabulous, staff worked very hard to please all guests. Breakfasts were very good but we didn’t eat dinner in the restaurant because we didn’t enjoy the Kenny Gee music on repeat, but menu looked nice. Our only complaint was that their laundry service made towels hard and discoloured, but staff changed them for soft, white ones on request.

a hotel to remember
After years of travel in many countries, I can say this is one of the nicest hotels I have ever experienced. My husband and I had booked only two days but decided to return after touring Goa. Luggage can be stored safely by the extremely helpful, kind staff. La Maison is quiet, very well run, and worth every rupee.

Really wants to be boutique but not quite there.
Very poor wifi service. Had two rooms and paid more for a tiny double bed in one that two twins in the others. Bed was very uncomfortable - too soft and lousy pillows. Location is very good, restaurant quite decent, and staff friendly. But would not return to stay here.

Lovely boutique hotel
This boutique hotel is located right at the heart of the Fontainhas neighborhood, where everyone has either Portuguese ancestry or a story to tell about Portugal. The hotel sits in a lovely colonial house, with only six rooms. The house has been carefully maintained, keeping plenty of details and decorated with taste. We were welcomed by the friendly manager and staff and the check-in was done swiftly. They were very helpful with recommendations, since it was Good Friday, and plenty of businesses were closed. The rooms are huge and clean, with traditional furniture, AC and ceiling fans, and amenities. The breakfast was good: there were two Indian dishes and granola as options for main. We enjoyed their selection of teas and the excellent coffee. Service was very friendly and helpful.

This is a small hotel with a nice restaurant located in the heart of colonial Panjim. The service is excellent. You can walk from there around Panjim.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the old quarter.
My friend and I had a twin room here for 5 days. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was well appointed with a smart en suite and plenty of storage. There was a free safe in the room and air conditioning. The hotel was quiet. There were 3 choices for breakfast. We usually had the fruit, granola and yoghurt with toast and tea/coffee. It was freshly prepared and suited us well. The cooked breakfast of eggs, potatoes and hash browns was also nice. We had one evening meal in the restaurant and enjoyed it. We mostly ate out because we wanted to try different eateries with more atmosphere.

Charming vintage location
This hotel is quiet, clean, with style in old town Panjim. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are spotless, and there are 32-37 ins TV screens to enjoy. Would recommend . Super friendly staff who go out of their way to help..... with everything such as Atul. Stay in this old Portuguese house. You will not be disappointed.

Superb chic hotel
Lovely stay in a beautiful chic hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the hotel. The food is continental and very tasty. The room was clean with nice bathroom. I've spent 2 months travelling around india and getting a hot shower was a hit and miss in most hotels. Here it was not a problem. The room also had tea making facilities. I would highly recommend this hotel

Excellent hotel, well located at the scenic Fontainhas quartier, but also conveniently close to the bus station. Large and comfortable room, nice and kind staff, good breakfast, although limited, but still enough. I recommend this place.

A little bit of India.
Nice cozy hotel with around 7 rooms! Only steps away from about 4 restaurants, including their own euro restaurant. This is also the area that they serve there breakfast in the morning.

Had a lovely experience in this place. It was relaxing and peaceful. As soon as I got there I requested for a taxi and got it right away. I good gladly return again!!!!

Last three days in Goa after the beachs
Above all, the service was first class; friendly and attentive staff behind the desk and at breakfast. The overall decor was very well pitched with chaise lounges and books on the landing. The room was clean with a/c and movies when you wanted a midday break from the sun. The windows are good for throwing wide open at sunrise. The hotel is not on a main road or right in the middle of everything but a 5 - 10 minute stroll will get you where you're going whether its sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, bars and casinos.

Disappointing
La Maison was a disappointment. The room was adequate but nothing special. Yes, there is a flat-screen TV but the programming available was awful, comprised mainly of TV shopping networks and Indian soap operas. There are no BBC nor other English language stations available so who cares what shape the TV is? The dining room where breakfast is served is faux-hip but the attempt is dreary and oppressive with a weird and dreary monochromatic decor and incessant, loud lounge music. This, after all, is supposed to be a heritage hotel. In the dark, as I tried to reach an awkwardly placed light switch, a drinking glass tipped and broke on the hard, stone bedside table in my room. I was amazed to see it presented to me later at the front desk as though I had committed a serious crime. When I checked-out, the broken glass had been saved and once again put before me on the counter. The staff, citing instructions of the owner, demanded a payment of $3 and was not pleasant about it. After paying for five nights at this hotel I thought their demand was, minimally, ungracious and petty.

Beautiful little boutique hotel in Panjim.
Very comfortable stay for the two of us. It is in a quiet location, and the ac was working very well in a hot part of the summer. The breakfast was good (we didn't try the dinner, "European Fusion" is not for us). Everyone was very helpful and friendly.

Bed was too soft for my liking, and breakfast was disappointingly limited in variety and small in portion. Good location and ambience though.
