“I booked a Deluxe Room and was disappointed to note that it was a angular shaped room ( not rectangle or square) which personally I do not like. I finally decided to take a lower category lower priced Executive Room (which thankfully was rectangular shaped) and no refund was of course given by the Hotel ....... Most disappointing aspect was the condition of Towels in Bathroom. The Towels were really bad - strained not well washed and even the replacements requested were in very poor...

“After a small delay at check in (the hotel was unable to find my booking at first) I was soon taken to my room. All the staff were very friendly and helped me when I needed it. The breakfast staff were especially friendly. The room was ok - it was pretty much i what I expected for an oldish hotel in India. The location is very close to the river and the centre is all within walking distances.”
