Gorgeous, Clean, Comfy, & Best Golf Cart in Town!

Vitamin Sea was established in August, 2019 with all the comfort and amenities you could wish for in a home away from home. This professionally decorated home is a true retreat for relaxation, cooking, and enjoying all that 30-A has to offer. The owners spared no details for your stay. Owners transferred from a property management company to self-managing in July of 2020 and are excited to host you!

Vitamin Sea is a spacious 3 BR / 2.5 bath Bahamas unit in the popular community of Prominence in Watersound, Florida. The spacious kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a gas cooktop, an oversized fridge, and stainless steel appliances. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows, offering lovely views while relaxing on the custom-made furnishings. The entire home has sun-blocking plantation shutters, plus darkening panels in the master suite. All three bedrooms are upstairs. The master suite offers a king bed and an en suite bath with dual vanities, a large shower, luxury tile, and upgraded fixtures. The second bedroom has a King bed, and the third bedroom is outfitted with custom bunk beds (Full, Twin, Twin, Twin). These bedrooms have a shared bath with a tub/shower combo.

You'll enjoy walking distance to the resort-style pool, and easy access to nearby scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby beaches including Deer Lake, Walton Dunes, and Santa Clara. Or - don't want to walk? That's OK because "Dory", a six-seater street-legal golf cart is included for use during your stay.

The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot and offers a number of amenities that are certain make this vacation one of fun, fitness and relaxation, including a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas surrounding the poolside and a fitness center.

Wonderful stay

Great place to get away for vacation. The pool was within walking distance, but kids liked riding the provided golf cart. Very easy access to the Big Chill across street which has several places to eat and kids enjoyed hanging out. Would 100% stay here again.

The coziest week in a home away from home!

What an incredible week on 30A! Andrea’s home felt like ours for the week - so, so comfortable and absolutely perfect for our needs. Our girls (6, 4, 3) came home wanting to switch out their own beds for bunks, and spent any time at home in the bunk room playing make believe and cozying up together to watch movies. My 6 month old slept like a dream, and the pack and play made it incredibly easy to travel. Bonus - there was a high chair in the garage that made for an easy place to put her while we were prepping meals, and of course, where she enjoyed some new foods. The beds were clouds and the kitchen made our meals at home a breeze. Anything you could have possibly needed was there - even bakeware to prep a baked oatmeal for the week! The location was perfect. We enjoyed daily trips to various beaches just short rides away. Dory was such a highlight for our girls and they looked for any excuse for a ride. We frequented The Hub just across the street for some live music and easy, yummy dinners. Andrea was so refreshingly responsive and checked in with us throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Spoiler, we did! And all the extra touches she added (like the keurig coffee and hot chocolate pods, towels specific for makeup removal, and hair and body products) were so thoughtful and luxurious. You can tell she loves this home and wants to make sure all of her guests feel welcome. Every detail felt picked with love. We cannot wait for our return trip to Vitamin Sea! Until next time, we will be dreaming of treats from the Donut Hole, white sand in our toes, and the smell of salt water permeating our clothes and hair.

A Must Stay

The home is perfect. It was by far the best VRBO we have every stayed in. I didn’t know a vacation rental home could be this CLEAN! Has everything you could need - which was so helpful. We used the cooler, the pop up beach tent and beach towels which saved us so much packing room in our vehicle. Everything there is made for comfort. The swivel rocking chairs, the couches with feather pillows, the reading nook/bench, our beds & the many pillows. Dory was a cool addition too...so much fun! Andrea was so attentive. Always available to answer questions about the area and provide contacts (even on top of all those already included in the app) for other amazing things 30A offers. Rent a Tritoon from Lagoon Pontoon - rates are beyond reasonable, the boats are new and well take care off and Shell island is amazing - I have never found so many whole sand dollars. We also followed/played with a large group of dolphins for a couple of hours right from our boat - we have videos and memories to last forever. It was a truly great vacation at such a reasonable rate. Vitamin Sea is a MUST.
