ABOUT THE HOME: This beautifully decorated 13th floor coastal condo is located on the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach. You'll enjoy breathtaking views of the gulf from the large private balcony where there is a high-top table with 4 chairs for entertaining or enjoying the stunning sunsets. Or just sit back and relax in the rocking chairs as you say goodbye to another memorable day on the coast.

Inside, the condo has an open concept design and all new furnishings throughout. The living room includes a large flat screen TV for the games or an evening movie, as well as a new comfortable sleeper sofa and love seat. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishes and cookware for cooking a family meal or to just enjoy a snack when taking a break from the beach. The dining room table comfortably seats 4 and the kitchen bar has stools for the overflow of family.

There's a new king size bed in the master bedroom that also has views of the gulf and access to the private balcony, and a new queen size bed in the guest room. Both bathrooms provide a tub/shower combination.

ABOUT THE AREA: This luxurious condominium sits on the west end of Panama City Beach providing peace of mind both in location and value. You'll find yourself away from the noise, but just moments away from Pier Park with all the excitement and attractions along Panama City Beach, FL.

Onsite are two pools: one of them is seasonally heated and both are located on the gulf side on the ground floor in addition to a hot tub. The property also features an exercise room, sauna, and steam room. You can also find an onsite pavilion with BBQ grills. Whether it's strolling on the beach, snorkeling, parasailing, or fishing, you'll find opportunities to enjoy everything there is to do in, under, above, or on the water.

BEACH ACCESS: Head to the ground floor just past the pools to access the beautiful Emerald Coast. There is a Beach Service Hut that provides setup of chairs and umbrellas for an additional fee.

HOA REQUIRED FEE: Upon arrival parking and pool passes must be purchased at the main office located on the 4th floor and must be displayed at all times. Passes are $40 per space for the duration of your stay.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Condo was beautiful with the best view!

The condo was very up to date, clean, and tastefully decorated. We loved the high ceilings and roominess of the condo, but our favorite part was the balcony and the stunning view of the gulf!
